Works great for tacos, enchiladas, salads & casseroles. I like the way it melts and it's consistancy is creamy.

Mexican blend cheese, i divide and freeze. Use on a lot of my recipes when it calls for shredded cheese

My family goes through a lot of cheese. I like that I can take a smaller amount out at a time and freeze the rest for later use.

I buy this all the time. It last for a long time and is much better than spending a fortune on thos elittle bags.

I love to get this! It's great and doesn't taste dry like some shredded cheeses do. It's a great value and I will definitely purchase again!

repackaged into quart bags and frozen for long lasting and great tasting cheese....so much cheaper that way!

Good buy and we've never had an issue with this being a shredded cheese. Melts well and doesn't clump.

I have bought this twice now and love it more each time. It is so good we are practically addicted to eating it on everything.

I have bought this cheese for many years. It is always very tasty and the price could not be beat, then Sam's lowered the price!

Great value and stays fresh till the end of the bag. Awesome knowing there's enough in the refrigerator for any recipe.
