This is a good cheese, especially good for quesidilla. Doesn't have a coating on like so many other cheeses do. Lasts a long time without spoiling

My family goes through a lot of cheese. I like that I can take a smaller amount out at a time and freeze the rest for later use.

I think it tastes like air unless you add salt. And then it tastes like salted air. It melts well though.

We buy this delicious mix of cheeses all the time! We love it in our Mexican tacos, burritos and also for our breakfast dishes with eggs in the morning. I particularly love the way it is shredded into fine shreds!
