My family goes through a lot of cheese. I like that I can take a smaller amount out at a time and freeze the rest for later use.

I have bought this twice now and love it more each time. It is so good we are practically addicted to eating it on everything.

The cheese is good but the packaging could be better. I had to put it in Ziploc bags because it is not very reclosable.

I think it tastes like air unless you add salt. And then it tastes like salted air. It melts well though.

This is flavorful cheese that even if not used right away as long as you keep it properly stored will last a good amount of time.

Works great for tacos, enchiladas, salads & casseroles. I like the way it melts and it's consistancy is creamy.

We buy this delicious mix of cheeses all the time! We love it in our Mexican tacos, burritos and also for our breakfast dishes with eggs in the morning. I particularly love the way it is shredded into fine shreds!
