This bag is all you need! I purchased it and a smaller bag for my taco bar. It was more than sufficient for my 40+ guests. I even had some leftover the next day for the teenagers to finish up the rest of the taco bar.

I would rather grate cheese fresh for every recipe but that’s not always an option. This shredded cheese is the next best thing, especially when you need it fast. Stays fresh and tastes great for a long time.

First time I got this big package. I split it up in portions and froze them. I thaw out and use a portion as needed. The cheese is fantastic. Great flavor and quality. Use it in everything pretty much daily.

We love this cheese blend. We use it for many different recipes. Great flavor and we're very happy with the product. The bag it comes in is a different story. Once you open it, the adhesive strip works once, maybe twice. Please, please get a better option to close the package.
