Our family loves this blend for enchiladas, tacos, burritos, and omelets. When we're using less than usual, we bag it up into smaller containers and freeze it. Works well for us.

I always buy this shredded cheese because its small pieces and melts very well in a baked dish, taco's, cheese sauce and its my very favorite cheese to buy evey month. Dogs love it as a snack too.

Our family has many uses for this cheese! When we get this LARGE bag of cheese, we fill up about 4 quart size freezer bags and put them in the freezer. Take them out when we need more. Tacos, salads, pasta, eggs, burritos, etc... you name it!

First time I got this big package. I split it up in portions and froze them. I thaw out and use a portion as needed. The cheese is fantastic. Great flavor and quality. Use it in everything pretty much daily.

We like the flavor, we can serve it with anything specially in salads or make quesadillas. It’s really easy to seal back and put away in the refrigerator too.
