Buyers beware! This mattress is comfortable in the center, however mine never formed on the sides. We waited 52 hours to get on it but it never took. Since then I've been trying to get a refund or a replacement on it but sam's refuses to take care of it. They keep saying they need to pick it up before they will issue me a refund but THEY WON'T PICK IT UP. I keep calling over and over and over again to get it scheduled but they keep telling me i have to wait to be contacted. Sam's club online customer service is by far THE WORST customer service i have ever dealt with. For everyday purchases, Sams is great. But if you're looking to make a large purchase with a "warranty" i strongly suggest you buy elsewhere. Sams does not stand behind their product and they make it outrageously difficult to get help.

Bought this mattress today. Opened it up and it puffed up right away. But then noticed the smell. It had all day to air out. It was so bad when we tried to sleep on it . At 2:30 a.m. we were up dragging it out of the bedroom. We put cot mattresses on the floor and slept on them. We will be returning this as soon as the store opens. Even with the mattress out of the room we could still smell the fumes.

Purchased this bed in full size for my daughters room and was so pleased I replaced my queen size bed as well. It is plush to the touch but definitely more on the firm side. The bed looks amazing and expensive. Very impressed with what members mark has to offer with this bed. I ordered online and they brought it out curbside and loaded it in my truck. The box has wheels for easier moving. Unloading was easy and it didn't give off any toxic foam smells that sometimes beds in a box do.

So my partner and I originally purchased this one mattress in 2020. At the time, it was the most incredible mattress with great support- we couldn’t believe it was only $400. After owning it for two years we noticed the mattress wears down a lot quicker than what a mattress should and wanted to exchange it thinking it just may be a minor defect. Sam’s club was kind enough to exchange it for us behind their member mark lifetime warranty guarantee. When we got the new mattress we immediately could tell that it didn’t feel the same as the original one we purchased. We have it it a chance thinking it just needed a few days out of the box but unfortunately it just wasn’t the case.

It STINKS!! We’ve had it for 6 weeks and it still smells horrible. Hubby still hasn’t gotten his sense of smell back from Covid or I’m sure he would’ve complained. I unzipped the cover today hoping it would air out some and now the dang zipper is broken so I don’t recommend that! It’s super comfy and I don’t feel my wiggly hubby at all. I would recommend for comfort but the smell is bad. I’ve tried all kinds of things. Also the top layer of foam sort of wads up. You can’t feel it but it’s kind of annoying to see it.

This mattress is fabulous. I ordered these for our Airbnb property and people have told me they've never slept as good as they did until this bed. I went ahead and bought some to replace mattresses at home as well. It's sooo comfortable and you can't beat the price.

Husband and I love this mattress. Let it completely fill before judging. It is a plush feel on top with a medium firm feel lower layer. No sinking in. We are both hard to please with mattresses and love this one. I am a side sleeper and hubby is a combo sleeper. Just works in all positions. Very comfortable! Way to go Sam's!

I was very disappointed. This bed was warm and worse way too soft. It was so soft the sheets were constantly popping off. After calling Members Mark and trying it for almost two months this bed had to go back to the store. Check out the new Casper line… Im MUCH happier.

The musty chemical smell is has been just absolutely horrible. I have been sleeping on this mattress a month and it still smells. I'm have been waking up with headaches since day one from the smell. Plus with the poor support you sink down in it to far. I don't recommend this Hotel 12" Premier Queen mattress and I would love to return it!

Comfortable little bed for now! Sleeping on a daybed after the move and had to order this twin mattress up really quick. Picked up with no issues from local Sam's Club. It has been a couple of weeks and it is actually really comfortable. It's going to end up in the office as a spare bed and I know the kids or even a single adult is going to be very comfortable sleeping on it for a few days or even an extended visit. I am most happy with the purchase and even debating ordering one for my bed or stepping up to the hybrid one for my bed. The price can't be beat!
