I have eaten lots of the other cuts of Sam’s lamb and have always loved it. The leg was so full of tendons I could bearly chew it. I had planned to get the box of seven, but thought it best to try one first...so glad I did.

This was the first time I tasted lamb, I didn't care for the flavor, however my sons loved it.

New Zealand grass fed is best in class in my opinion.
