I've bought these several times and for the price they are extremely good.  I marinate the whole and smoke them and it's amazing.  I'm going to buy another tomorrow.

My kitchen stunk for couple of days the last time I opened one of these vacuum packed lamb legs. I think Sams Club stores keep their meat in refrigerators for a long time and then they place date and price stickers on them just before they leave them out for customers to purchase.

Smelled Gamey and Awful.

Made the best kabobs ever. Marinated just a few hours. Was so juicy and tender. No wild taste.
