Too hard to figure out how to customize online with a character. Everyone isn't tech savvy. You should be able to call place order with staff to make sure your order comes out the way you need it to be.

Con- Sam’s club needs to adjust colors online. I was having a gender reveal and I ordered blue and “ coral” because coral looks like a pastel pink and it was completely different in person. When my husband went to pick up the cupcakes. He told the worker it was supposed to be pink and the worker said “ next time pick light pink, it’s lighter than it looks online”. This was absolutely useless information. I originally tried to go in store to place my order ( were I could have talked colors over with someone) however, there’s a sign that says to place orders online. Do better Sams club and update your picture colors. Pro- it taste good.

Online ordering is not good. You are stuck to order what you provide online. Too little of choices to make with online ordering. I went somewhere else to get my cake and cupcakes. Go back to having the option to order at the store with explaining what you really want. Love your cakes, but ordering in the store and being more customer focused is what you need.

I placed an order last week and had my cupcakes customized. Yesterday, I picked up the cupcakes, and they had the wrong order. I went back to the app to prove what I order.And it didn't show details of the order. Great! Wish I could put No start to the new system. Make sure you screenshot everything while you are in the process of placing an order.

It sad that Sam's do not have the Cupcake cakes muffin that I used to order before for my daughter. The quality and taste were not as good as I remember. They are smaller, dry and tasted not as good as I remember it. Nevertheless, my sad was happy because his classmates liked it.

The new online system to order the cakes is horrible. It does not give you enough options. Please bring back ordering by phone or by filling out the paperform. My cakes were way better done. Ordering online should be a choice for convenience when getting something simple but not forced I'll have to find a new place for future orders

Bring back the paper ordering my fone does not work in Sam's club and half of the world has flip fones and so many people r not tech savvy. I order from here all the time and go today to be hit with scan the bar code r u out of ur minds. Told her it don'work here she tried on her tablet wasn't working right showed me cake only wanted yellow and pink gave me plus blue and couldn't put wat I wanted written she said she'll figure it out I'm like wat? My daughter has an organization that is planning to order for her grand opening but not if this is wat were getting. Bring back paper ordering and I like seeing the books to see the various design this is not acceptable.

In planning a birthday drop-in for an elderly lady, I knew there was a fair chance there would be many guests showing up. She and I decided a small cake for her and cupcakes for the attendees. The issue was I now needed at least 200 cupcakes. This was the best value I found. I ordered seven of the mixed vanilla/chocolate cakes with plain white buttercream frosting from the North Charleston location. (I bought sprinkles and edible glitter and spray in the colors of the decor I was using to zhuzh them up myself and they were beautiful!) Better yet, they were delicious with a tender and tasty cake and icing. This saved me a lot of headache and money - both of which I appreciate. I was able to order them online and set my scheduled pickup date and time. The ONLY reason I am not leaving 5 stars is that only 6 of the 7 trays were made before I arrived. The bakery had overlooked that there were supposed to be more. I ended up with one tray of just the chocolate cupcakes instead of the mix as they'd run out of the vanilla but, ultimately, it didn't matter at all to the guests.
