Thank you for making our birthday celebration incredible! I ordered 60 cupcakes and I cannot even tell you how many people complimented how amazing they looked! They also tasted yummy! I did an online bakery order for the first time and you did not disappoint! Great job!

Very good, and great price. But I wish they would let you custom order half with buttercream and half with whipped icing. And the cart needs to show the customized details. If you have several customized differently, and need to change one, you'd have to delete all and start over.

I've ordered cupcakes from Sams a couple times now, about to place another order and for the price it can't be beat! Several people commented how good they were and i think the quality of cake measures up just fine for a kids party with parents who especially might be on a budget!

Ordered black and white cupcakes but what we got was brown chocolate frosting. Now there's no way to prove what we ordered because the online receipt does not show the detail of what we ordered it only shows custom cupcake. And I know for a fact we did not order brown chocolate frosting because the cake we ordered was black and white to match the rest of the decoration for the birthday part. An employee did try to help us by showing us his tablet and the details of our online custom order but that's not what we ordered. And we weren't the only ones complaining about messing up custom cupcakes or cakes.

I purchased 30 custom cupcakes, 15 yellow cake and 15 chocolate for a Housewarming/House Blessing. I picked up on Wednesday and party was on Saturday. (We live a distance from Sam's). They were melt in your mouth, everyone raved over them. I did white icing with gold sprinkles.

The vanilla cupcake with the vanilla whipped icing was the best cupcake I've had in a very long time! The cake was so light and fluffy and the icing was not too sweet. I'll be ordering these again soon, even just to have them in the house... And you cannot beat the price anywhere.

I tried to order 60 cup cakes at Sam Club on Saturday. I was told that the only way to order them now is on line only. Your chooses are very limited. I have been buying cupcakes from Sam's for years. Well no more!!! Time to move on....Customer service SUCKS!!!

I purchased the whipped topping (I hate butter cream, who the heck wants sweetened shortening) and it was absolutely delicious. Soft cream and perfectly sweetened. Comes in only white and chocolate though. The bread was moist but I will say I preferred the chocolate over the vanilla cake. Will definitely purchase from Sam's again! 10 🌟 out of 10

Don't bother ordering from the bakery it won't be there . I ordered 48 cupcakes for the day before my son's graduation party and when I went to pick them up they were not there . They did not offer any restitution and pretty such too bad can't help you... I had already paid for them.
