Not happy with the online order process. It does not give you a description of your order if it’s a special order. Some are allowed to order in store when others can’t. I order from Sam’s all the time they are my cake/cupcake go to. My last bad experience was graduation time. Placed and order for cupcakes five days in advance online and my order was not ready when I arrived at the designated time. I waited in the store two hours before receiving my items. I was told they had received too many online and in store orders.

Sams's has taken away the ability to customize cakes and cupcakes. This is very disappointing as we have been ordering custom cakes and cupcakes for over 20 years. Everything still tastes great, but we will have to start purchasing elsewhere due to not being able to fully customize.

they taster great and work perfectly when on a budget. we have used them twice for large conferences of over 100 people. not one negative comment. the only thing to consider is that buttercream is sweeter and thicker than whipped. whipped, needs to be refrigerated or it will begin to lose its shape. i have bought both versions and both are good. i did get the whipped this May and although was not super-hot outside, it was enough that after 1 hour of being outside, the whipped cream began to get soft.

Moist and delicious. These cupcakes get a 10/10. My only complaint is that 30 is not enough and too many at the same time. We don't have as many chocolate cake lovers as white cake lovers so the half and half always leaves us with an excess in chocolate cupcakes that no one in home will eat. But it seems extra wasteful to buy another 30 cupcakes. The perfect answer was the 5 and dime that they got rid of. PLEASE BRING THE 5 AND DIME BACK!

Perfect! I ordered custom cupcakes for my twins' birthday party, the kids chose half vanilla, half chocolate, and then half orange frosting and half black frosting. The cupcakes were perfect, moist and fresh, and the frosting looked great. They were a hit with everyone.

I used to order cupcakes n cakes in store. It was easy and very convenient to be able to explain the baker what I want and customize. Now, with the option to only order online, the options are very limited and the process is tedious. I really hope Sams Club go back to the in person in store ordering.

When purchasing the custom cupcakes, you are given options regarding the flavor of the bread and the color of the dressing. You are given a set price which will not fluctuate when you select different colors and flavors for the cupcakes. Keep in mind, these cupcakes do not have filling within them. Sam’s club has others with this option which changes the price dramatically. If you are looking for something simple with icing on top, this is for you. The icing is very sweet and the bread very moist. Very pleased with the outcome. The decorations we used were purchased separately online.

There is no option for the whipped topping frosting to have any form of color which I find kind of odd. no originality or form of selling or upgrades to the cupcakes when you’re doing a custom order. That would be not only a monetary way for the bakery to increase cross sales on custom orders and also allow customers to truly have exactly what they’re looking for. Further more this is the THIRD order in a row I’ve purchased cupcakes from Sam’s club that has been incorrect. This time my order I had placed well enough in advance was mysteriously “missing”. I was greatf that the employee was able to whip up the order however… it looked exactly like that, a messy quickly done entire order of birthday cupcakes. I was just grateful to have them

Cupcakes were thrown away because we did not pick them up at the exact time we had it scheduled. Extremely disappointed no one bothered to even call. We never received a refund and were charged for cupcakes being thrown out. Make sure you’re not late to pick up the cupcakes or your kid might not get them for their 1st birthday either.

The cupcakes were delicious. However, the order was not correct when we picked it up. We ordered half chocolate and half vanilla cupcakes and got all chocolate. Bakery staff was gone by pickup time but the manager went above and beyond to get us vanilla cupcakes and frost them perfectly at closing time in time for the wedding. Her customer service was excellent in a stressful situation.
