[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially a little hesitant since this model had just come out, however after 6 months of usage I am very satisfied with the product and servers my purpose, able to use 1 of the bottom door as a freeze and the other one as a regular fridge.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is really customizable with the different types and colors on the panels. Panels are easy to replace. The water center is pretty useful, you can empty the jar and it will replenish by itself pretty quick and with cool water. The freezer is better organized at the bottom with the individual drawers, 500 times better that a single big bottom drawer. The two different types of ice is a home run and the capacity is great, I don’t miss at all the door dispenser and all the mess if implied.

We bought this about 10 months ago. It's nice. Looks great. Except. The freezer door will open as you open the refrigerator door. Or as you close it. Or if it feels like it. There are motion sensors in the sides of the doors, a nearby hand wave will do it. The freezer will stay open a half inch until your food defrosts or you come home and notice. My take on this is that refrigerators have been around for 100 years. The science of getting the doors to close should have been settled by now. Two service calls. The first recommended loading the door with heavy stuff so it stayed closed. Service tech said this was a known problem. The second replaced the door. Neither fix worked. Samsung is not exactly jumping through hoops to fix this, so I guess for the 10 years and one month that refrigerators last these days, we will have soft ice cream.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought fridge this past summer, enjoy the fridge very much. There are a few items that i wish would be improved. 1. Fridge makes a popping sound when turning off the compressor 2. Fridge bins in the left hand door do not fit properly in the slots 3. Ice is a pain to get out After saying all of that, I would still purchase the fridge again. It looks sleek and shiny in our kitchen. I do not know how to rectify the ice being a pain to access. It was also extremely expensive for a fridge. It has great space and seems to work efficiently (based on power drawn) and I really enjoy the water pitcher in the door.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Epitome of what a refrigerator should be. Sleek. Modern. Functional. Everything we wanted a refrigerator should be. Samsung thought of everything when they designed this refrigerator. This is the centerpiece of our kitchen. Absolutely worth every dollar.

So much to love, easy to clean, easy to see and organize, beautifully reflecting glass makes my space seem so much bigger. But the pitcher stopped working. Slowly at first. Hiccups every few months. Now nothing expired warranted and $400 minimum to get it working again.

This fridge is absolutely beautiful and meshes so well with the design in my home. What I love about it is that I can change up the panels if I ever wanted a different theme in my kitchen. I enjoy the dual ice maker, with the wifi controls. I love that I get alerts on my TV and phone if I leave the fridge door ajar. It has been a splendid experience since receiving the Bespoke fridge. One of the most exciting appliances I've ever had the pleasure of owning. Setup was a breeze and the panels are really easy to install.

Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QL) for a few weeks and have fallen in love with how spacious this fridge is. My favorite features are: -I am able to store my groceries in set drawers/shelves without worrying about expedient spoilage. -Larger sized items from big department stores can sit without me worrying about doors closing. -Auto fill water pitcher is convenience and a fun way to get excited about daily water consumption. I also love that the water spout is concealed on the interior of the fridge -Multiple ice options in one machine -Option to change bottom right into fridge or freezer -Easy to clean stainless steel fridge doors

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the 4 door 3 weeks ago, Very quiet, lots of space, enjoy features. Only problem is must pick a color in order to get fridge. The Door Panels hard to get Black Charcoal Glass, I went with Black stainless on top, Gray Glass Bottom. Happy with choice, but not what I wanted.
