We have a freezer in our garage, and so the ability to flex one of the sections for more refrigerator space has been really helpful. I love the look in our space and the sleek design, and the beverage center is great. Lots of shelving makes it easy to hold a lot of stuff and also stay organized. Overall I’m really happy with the purchase- it’s been a great addition to our kitchen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the Samsung Bespoke Counter Depth 4-Door Flex 23 cu. ft. Refrigerator with Beverage Center (RF23DB9600QLAA). I'd have to say the biggest surprise was how much we use the autofill pitcher from the fridge with the special beverage center door. Filling up my water glass or coffee carafe is so quick now. I did not realize how much of my life I was wasting with the regular filtered dispenser! I do miss the space of my old fridge. The drawers for the fridge are too small for my needs. I like that I can change the bottom right into a fridge, but I need the freezer space! Overall, we like the look of the fridge and the beverage center. Its a game changer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The bespoke refrigerator was a great addition to our kitchen. We modern design fits right in with our style. There are a few things I love about the refrigerator and a few things I would change. What we like: -The flex zone, allows you to choose what temperature works best for your household. We have a garage freezer so limited freezer space was not an issue for us. -the beverage zone. I love that it is hidden inside the door. No spillage marks down the front of the fridge. The pitcher is a great touch. -Counter depth. We love that it doesn’t stick out as much and makes the kitchen feel bigger. -Large refrigerator area. For being counter depth, there is plenty of space in the refrigeration area. -The ice bites. Mini ice cubes are perfect to fit in any container you want including water bottles, a great addition. Things I would change: -The Smartthings app. It does not serve a big purpose. The only thing I would use it for would be to change the temp of the flex zone but I can easily do that on the fridge itself. It’s one of those apps that will be the first to go when you need space. -The ice trays. I love the idea of them and the scoop is great but they spill ice every time you try to take some. We have had the refrigerator a few days and I can only imagine how much ice is hiding under the freezer drawer by now. Overall, it’s a great refrigerator. I’m really happy with my purchase and I would recommend it.

I saw it in a Korean drama last year, I wanted it so bad. The beverage center is my favorite. The adjustable shelves are very helpful and roomy. Many colors to pick from, the glass panels are easy to clean and look great. The double freezers are perfect for my needs; one side keeps all ice cubes and eye masks, the other side keeps all frozen foods and pizza. Plus, shipping company did a good job to set it up for me and took away the old fridge. I have no complaints. You won't be disappointed.

Some of my favorite things: - Flex Zone option: I absolutely love that the bottom right section can be a freezer or a fridge. It is the perfect place to for a beverage fridge! - LOVE the different ice options! The ice bits (nugget ice) it the best and the feature works so well. - Having the inner door water pitcher and water dispenser is perfect. You don't have to see it but it is there when you need it. - There is so much space in the refrigerator and the shelves in the doors are amazing. They hold so much. - I love connectivity! Getting a notification from the app on my phone that a door has been left open is incredibly helpful when you have two small kids. - AND... NO FINGERPRINTS! Those tiny little kids hands always touching everything don't even leave a mark!! This has been a great purchase!!

Let me tell you, this refrigerator is awsome, from the clean look, to the size and the way you canbchange the freezer to be a refrigerator. All my appliances are Samsung and so far, i wouldn't change to any other brand.

One thing though, I have to get the a new breaker without GFCI installed. It keeps tripping my breaker and my house is just 5 years old. I am looking forward to replace the custom panels. Strangely, only professional installers are recommended. How can I change it time to time as I like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this BeSpoke refrigerator a little over 3 weeks ago. I ordered it with all four Grey Glass panels and they look REALLY sharp! The installation process was flawless, watching the installer attach the front panels was great, I now know what to do should my wife decide on changing the color layout of our kitchen! LOL. The fridge is about 28 cubic feet and when you open it, you see every cubic inch, there is SO much space in this fridge. I love it. There is some room for adjusting the clear class shelves which feel substantial and well-built. The multiple cooling zones are terrific in the main upper half of the fridge and I love how the lower right part of the unit can serve as an extension of the refrigerator or freezer. The icemaker took about 2-3 days to start to show significant amounts of ice and it's really cool to have the option of having regular ice or the little "bite" sized pieces. The beverage center is amazing, the pitcher with the auto-fill feature is spectacular. Once you pull out the pitcher and dispense water, when you return it and closer the "hidden" door, it fills almost instantaneously! The water dispenser is easy to handle, although sometime my boys will spray water everywhere when they get close to the top of their cups (my fault for not supervising that lol, I know!). The smart features of the fridge include adjusting the temperature in the refrigerator area, turning the icemaker on/off, and being notified when the water/UV filters need to be changed. You can also adjust the temperature of the crisper drawers to mimic the ambient temperature set in the main compartment or customize for meat/veggies. The inside panel that shows all these features is neatly tucked away on the inside right corner of the fridge. Setting up the device on my wifi was a snap through the SmartThings app on my phone. I think incorporating a UV filter for less friendly smells in the fridge is spot on! Additionally on the inside, Samsung has included bright LED lights which illuminate the inside of the fridge beautifully. Overall this beast (just mean the size) of a fridge has been worth the investment, we are SO glad we got this fridge!!! The BeSpoke Refrigerator line functions like a higher end refrigerator for sure!

Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. The Bespoke offered the choice of several colors and was one of the deciding factors in buying this product. We love the white glass. Very happy with this fridge.

It’s well designed for convenience and holds a lot more than my other counter depth refrigerator. My food stays fresh longer and I have less items going bad. I love this so much I don’t even care that the glass doors are not here yet.
