Its a bit smaller than I’m used to, but the lack of depth makes it easy to find things. It is well organized. The four doors are nice and different. The bottom two are the freezer and the bottom right can be changed to a fridge (flex). The shelves can be adjusted easily. Many pull out. There is less room for really large items which you will need to consider. If you have a lot of milk or 2L sodas, it will be tough. The beverage zone is really nice, especially the autofill pitcher. There is a lot of room for big cups to fill here. The zone takes up a lot of space, but its worth it. The doors do not close unless pushed gently closed unlike many other fridges. The ice maker has 2 types of ice. The tray, however, gets in the way and the ice scoop holder makes it hard to get the ice. T In general, its a great fridge that could use a couple of minor improvements. Space is a tradeoff, but should be expected in a counter depth fridge.

The shelve spacing is well designed. I love the freezer on the bottom. I like that you can make one of the flex zones into a refrigerator if needed. This refrigerator connects to smart things so I can change any of the zones from my phone. I can tell it to stop filling the auto fill water container if I choose or make an area very cold for rock hard ice cream. I enjoy the option of small or large ice cubes. The ice pulls out on trays so you can get to them easily. There is a separate area that allows you to open a section of the door to reach the water pitcher and items you use often. It has a clean modern look. It really updates the look of our kitchen.

The glass panels are good looking and makes the refrigerator look like cabinets. We like the fact there are no door handles, but have hidden grips. The beverage center makes two types of ice cubes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my Bespoke 4-door flex fridge for a little more than a month. So far I'm happy with it overall. I can change the panels to suit my needs. For example, when I think about painting my kitchen, I can change the panels on my fridge to blend with the color. I'm not stuck with one look. Currently my top panels are Tuscan and the bottoms are matte black. My counter top is a blend of browns and blacks so it goes well. My only complaints are in the beverage center, if the top shelf is push in place you can't get a gallon of milk out. I may have it in the wrong place but can't confirm because the instruction manual doesn't provide enough instruction based on MY model.

I love this refrigerator. The top doors make it easy to organize your stuff so it is easy to get to. That, and the flexibility of the bottom frig/freezer, makes staging things for harvesting or the holidays much easier. I like the ice maker better than I thought I would. The only thing so far that drives me nuts is that the frig/freezer door pocket shelves are less than two standard soda cans deep. That was a missed opportunity.

I feel the four doors make it feel very spacious. My favorite feature is the Beverage Center, I love that we don’t need to open the entire refrigerator to grab a drink. I love how it helps keep our beverages organized. I really love having both the pitcher of filtered water and the push button to dispense filtered water. I was really happy to see the two ice sizes, I feel ice can make a drink better. I love that the smaller ice easily fits in water bottles. I love the SmartThingsApp it was easy to download and easy to use. It is nice to be able to adjust my refrigerator right from my phone. Another feature I was impressed with is the Flex Zone in the freezer, it will be a nice option to have during the holidays. We all need more refrigerator space during the holidays. Another feature I was really happy about in the freezer is the shelves that pull out, I feel this will help keep our freezer stay organized and will help prevent things from being buried and lost in the freezer. I like the UV Deodorizer Light Filter to help keep my refrigerator smelling fresh and especially love that I don’t have to change that filter. I am really excited to put the fingerprint resistant stainless steel to the test especially with four sons, this is a must have. The Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator fit so nicely in our space! Every time I walk in the kitchen it brings a smile to my face.
