I can control temperature and able to check food list with Samsung smart things app I love that it has 2 icemakers. Overall I am extremely satisfied and would definitely order again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our family has been using this fridge for about a week and we love it so far! The duo ice maker with two types of ice is amazing. I love that it auto disperses and its not like traditional ice makers where you push it down. The water pitcher is a great add-on and the water tastes clean and ice cold. Theres ample storage in the fridge section as well as the freezer. The Smartthings app is a cool convenient way to control some of the features/settings. The only con i have with this refrigerator is that i could not get one of the plastic shelves to go in. I thought i was going crazy but a previous reviewer mentioned the same thing. I cant wait to add the color panels and customize our fridge. Overall 10/10 purchase!

I prefer to have the ice drawers concealed and ready to scoop when I need ice. My guests seemed to be impressed by this design. No cons to date!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator has been great! The double ice maker has been very convenient. The available area to store food is phenomenal. I usually have too much space now. The best part of this refrigerator definetly has to be the extra door on the exterior of the door that houses the pitcher of water. It has been very convenient to fill my water bottle and my coffee maker with the pitcher. The double freezer door is nice and has also given me a large area to store food. I have yet to try the feature where I can make the 2nd freezer into a fridge, but I like having that option. Overall this refrigerator has been wonderful, it has surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it for anyone who is looking to upgrade or replace their refrigerator.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from a smart fridge with a screen to this, and wondered if we would miss some of those connected/media features. But the reality is, we have so many devices around our house and in our hands, that it's nice for our fridge to just be a fridge again. Not sure if it was our contractor's fault or what, but the photos online make it look like this fridge can truly fit in flush with your cabinets, but they way it opens really makes that impossible. Not sure if other people have solved that, but that's the only bummer that it sticks out a bit when we really wanted it to be flush.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I have to say at the beginning, it is very beautiful in appearance, like a work of art. Also, smart features are wonderful. It shows energy consumption, sends information to the phone if the door is left open somehow, health check, etc.

I love the new fridge. So sleek, roomy and easy to keep clean. My only negative is that the back of the ice buckets is low. When you scoop the ice it falls over the back and into the space below. Frustrating because everything else is so well thought out.

I literally never have to refill the water jug. Bonus!!! We changed the panels to white and my kitchen looks fabulous now!!! I have the app on my phone which comes in handy when my kids forget to close the door.

Purchased in Nov 2024. The refrigerator is quiet and we love the beverage center. I added an extra in-line filter behind the fridge to remove more things like PFAS etc. and the water tastes great which is saying a lot since I really don't like plain water. The beverage pitcher is a fantastic feature that we use every day for cooking etc. Also with the Flex feature we made bottom right side a fridge for my daughter for easy access from her wheelchair.
