While I like the quick and even heating, the staining from cooking things such as pasta is a drawback. They are also heavier than most older people I know are able to safely hold. I struggle, and I have normal strength. My husband cannot hold the pan without lowering his arm = spilling everything everywhere. Therefore I am only able to cook with them. They are also a hand wash only with no bleach. I have been doing so in addition to the preheat requirement, and can't imagine how bad they'd look if I wasn't with staining the first use.

Great cookware, except for the fact that the handles get extremely hot. I have learned to reach for the potholders before touching them.

I got this set and love it! It has a learning curve because it gets hotter than my other nonstick pans but I love them.

Great pans I was very skeptical at first thinking they would be hard to clean . They do not stick and are super easy to clean.

I like them but they said that they are stainless and they stain :( all the food get stick . I hate them. :(

For starters, the packing was an A+. This set is Heavy Duty. No regrets. I'm thinking this is going to be a Go to Gift for Newlyweds.

If you don't know how to cook without nonstick, this is NOT FOR YOU. This requires oil and letting the pan heat up. Again...stop blaming the pans.
