Those having trouble (the few low reviews, all ringing the same) should preheat, cook at medium-low temperatures or cook at higher temps using the Leidenfrost effect. Educating oneself is sometimes called for in life. Easy youtube tutorials by the hundreds. As for cleaning, c'mon! Ask anyone's grandmother, they'll probably tell you how in no uncertain terms. FANTASTIC PRODUCTS, GREAT SET, NO FLUFF PIECES.

I don't love them or hate them. While they cook things well, they are NOT NONSTICK everything sticks to them! I even baby them the way the instructions say and put oil butter etc on the pan before cooking and my stuff still ends up stuck and burnt super annoying and high maintenance.

Heavy duty. Well built. We need quality instruments for quality food.

I enjoyed using the non stick pans however I got tired of returning them because the lining was coming off. I got the stainless and they are good. I am having issues cooking eggs medium. One day!!

Some food cooks great some always sticks and cleaning is a nightmare I cook in a restaurant kitchen and these have been a nightmare to switch to when I’m already used to stainless

Impossible to register the product. Also model number does not exist on their website. Technical support was not able to provide any info about what kind of plastic circles on the lids are made of.

I have ha e never had any luck with stainless pans not sticking. I am enjoying these pans. If you do as they say with oil and heating before you put your food in, there isn't a sticking issue. I would buy these again.

These pans are fantastic, and they are a great addition to my kitchen I'm giving them 4 stars because they I feel the tops/lids need to have a breathing to allow air to escape, these tops will rattle under pressure

While I like the quick and even heating, the staining from cooking things such as pasta is a drawback. They are also heavier than most older people I know are able to safely hold. I struggle, and I have normal strength. My husband cannot hold the pan without lowering his arm = spilling everything everywhere. Therefore I am only able to cook with them. They are also a hand wash only with no bleach. I have been doing so in addition to the preheat requirement, and can't imagine how bad they'd look if I wasn't with staining the first use.
