I haven't used all pieces to the set yet but so far I'm very happy with the quality. I am very pleased with the immediate response to an issue i I had with an old nonstick pan. The quarantine was honored quickly and I am more than happy with the resolution to the issue. Thank you!

I just started using this but so far love it. I like the heavier weight. I'm not fond of light aluminum. I am using these on an induction cooktop and they wirk perfectly. Cleaning has been goid by hand. Dishwasher gets installed today so expect that to be fine. I highly recommend. Got a great deal from Sam's Club.

All the bad reviews are from people that do not know how to cook. You have to polish it with a scothbrite and preheat the pan for it to be nonstick. This is the same material that the pans professional chefs use and they use them with no problem. That should tell you who the problem is

I don't love them or hate them. While they cook things well, they are NOT NONSTICK everything sticks to them! I even baby them the way the instructions say and put oil butter etc on the pan before cooking and my stuff still ends up stuck and burnt super annoying and high maintenance.

I bought these pans a few months ago and was very excited to start using. After washing gently, I used for the first time and it was nothing like I expected. It was burned and required barkeepers best friend to repolish. This happened on each of the sautée pans. My ten year old tfal pans cooked eggs better. I've had many ninja and shark items and been nothing but impressed by their durability and functionality. However these did not meet expectation. The stainless itself is fantastic and beautiful but I am almost afraid to use them because of what happens afterthought heat up. I've tried using high temp oils and butters and the results most times are the same. Definitely disappointed and would rather have gotten the ceramic ones

Wanted to really use them before review. I love the weight/feel of them. I was i Pressed they can take heat way above 500 degrees. As long as you follow instructions about heating the pan first they clean fabulously. I haven't burned anything so they have been really easy to wash. I love the set and hope they will add other pieces to buy to add to the set.

Sleek, heavy duty, fully clad, all metal lids; they heat, cook, and clean like a dream. EVERY BIT as good as ALL-CLAD. Those having trouble (the few low reviews, all ringing the same) should preheat, cook at medium-low temperatures or cook at higher temps using the Leidenfrost effect. Educating oneself is sometimes called for in life. Easy youtube tutorials by the hundreds. As for cleaning, c'mon! Ask anyone's grandmother, they'll probably tell you how in no uncertain terms. FANTASTIC PRODUCTS, GREAT SET, NO FLUFF PIECES.

These are low quality stainless pans. Pans cook fine as long as you preheat and grease correctly, but we’ve had ours for only a couple months and some of the handle rivets have started to come loose. We got these for free from Ninja as warrant replacements for their truly awful Never Stick pans. But there really aren’t any better quality. Spend your money on pans from a company that knows how to make them.

I purchased the Ninja EverClad 12-Piece Tri-Ply Commercial-Grade Stainless Steel Cookware - Model# C99000A through the Sam's doorbuster $100 off deal in early November 2023. The pots feel substantial, distribute heat evenly, look like new money, and are a joy to cook with. The pots are easy to clean with some dish soap, a plain sponge, and Bar Keeper's Friend (only when necessary). I love that the lids are also stackable and my cabinet pot storage no longer looks wild and crazy. This set is all I'll need and should last for quite some time ... two months in and I'm definitely pleased with this purchase!

I purchased this cookware set a month ago, and overall, we are quite satisfied with it. However, there is one flaw in the design: despite being labeled as commercial grade, the lids still use plastic, which is a bit disappointing. Apart from that, we have been pleased with the cookware so far.
