[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer (electric) in December 2022 and have loved it ever since. It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] .my wife and i decided to upgrade our 9 year washer and pair this samsung dryer with samsung washer.it is incredible easy to use,washes excellent at every preset an load you choose.washing is like a charm,no complains at all.the light in both is a great addition.setup for every load is easy,wireless conection is great and you can see on smart things every cycle.from ordering,to delivering and instalation everything was smooth.we are delighted of this new laundry and very happy with it.from instalation to usage,everyting ran smooth no complains at all.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 3 months ago and so far only had one incident, where we tried drying our white comforter & it seems to have left a burnt mark. Now need to try & see if we can somehow remove the stain or if its just ruined. We also use it mostly on Time Dry function rather than Normal Dry because it tends to not dry the items properly. We also chose an Electric because we had just got solar panels at the beginning of the year, only wish we had read where it stated the type of plug that would be required to connect, so had to make the additional expense to have an electrician upgrade my outlet.

And the hookup to smart things makes it really easy to check in on a laundry load or restart the machine or customize settings and see data on my usage. The bespoke look is perfect for my new house and matches my bespoke fridge as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only had the Samsung Dryer 1 day and love it. I have done 2 loads and am amazed how quickly everything gets dried. I love the different settings so that I can be notified when some articles of clothing are dry in the load so I can remove them from the machine and let the heavier clothing continue to dry. I gave both the washer and dryer 4 stars for design because I wished they had an option for a smaller stand underneath the machines. 28 inches is too high to fit under my cabinets in the laundry room! A 10 or 12 inch option would have been perfect! Without any pedestal they sit too low!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are in the middle of a long overdue renovation to our laundry room. We traded in our 10+ year old machines for this washer & dryer by Samsung. I have never been more excited to do laundry. We'll be using the stackable feature to save space, but I'm even more impressed with the speed, power & room of these machines. The washer is big enough to handle a 5x7 area rug, and the drier can quickly tackle any size load of towels or saturated garments. I'm so impressed with these two units that I'm thinking of looking to Samsung for all of my appliance replacements. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that asks

I have only been able to run 2 loads in the dryer so unable to provide real insight on the product review. However I can say installation service by RXO (third party) absolutely ruined any positive I might have on the dryer. The so called installation of my Washer and Dryer included that the delivered with the power cord installed wrong on the dryer and then blamed the voltage error on Samsung and just left and advised me to Customer Care. I spent 3 hours with Customer Care on the first night trying to figure out what was the issue with the Dryer. They kept wanting to me prove i had the correct voltage to the outlet. Spent 20.00 at Home Deport for Voltage meter to prove it was right. Then it ended up being RXO had installed the Power Cord wrong. RXO out Nashville has provided any type of compensation other than apologies. As a side note I might add on the washer installation they did NOT remove the shipping bolts so when I ran the first cycle the machine literally was headed the door to the garage on the spin cycle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just love this Samsung dryer. First of all its beautiful and modern looking. You can tell its a premium product just by the design. It compliments the washing machine perfectly. It has so many drying options to choose from. Since it has a water connection it offers a number of steam drying options to reduce wrinkles or freshen up lightly worn garments between washes. This is just such a great feature to have in your house. We love that the dryer sends out notifications when its done with the cycle since we can't always hear the chime. The controls are sleek and easy to select one of many drying options. The capacity of the dryer is huge, it handles our largest blankets and comforters and in many cases we are able to fit more than one at a time! A really neat feature is that based on the wash option used, the dryer will recommend a drying option which is just so cool to us. We love Samsung products and this one has lived up to the name.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a gorgeous, modern washer. There are tons of pre-made washing settings, such as for towels, colors, and bedding. I also love that they have an environmentally friendly default “Eco Cold”. You can then adjust any of the settings to different temperature, spin, and soil levels. One of my qualms with the machine, though, is that certain pre-made settings won’t allow cold water, so you have to find the settings that support cold water, if that’s your preference. The only thing that I would make sure you note is that the machines are quite large, which is great because you can fit a lot of items in at once, but make sure that you have enough space. It was a bit of a tight squeeze on my part, but that was my fault for not planning ahead. I highly recommend this product and would purchase again.
