It has several great features... a few of my favorite ones are AI powered smart dial, which allows for selection of the cycles as well as lets you customize your favorite cycles, Super Speed which can dry a full load in 30 minutes, WiFi connectivity when using the app, it lets you see and select favorite cycles and tells you when the load is complete, Steam dry capabilities. It has 14 dryer options, an interior light, 19 preset drying cycles, 5 temperature levels, huge capacity space with a stainless-steel drum, voice compatibility with Alexa as well as a nice chime that plays when the dryer is powered on and a load ends. It also has a greeting that displays when it is powered on that says "HELLO". I am very pleased with my purchase of this product and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants a stylish laundry to set with smart features. I added decals to my set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Samsung Bespoke washer and dryer (electric) in December 2022 and have loved it ever since. It is sleek beautiful and a modern (timeless) black color. Since we also moved into our new home at the same time, we have received tons of compliments from all our friends and family who came to our new house warming party. We also bought the pedestals which have been an awesome decision. It makes storage so much easier. Additionally it makes the front load door at a reasonably eight and I dont have to bend much. We also installed the app that goes with this and it is so cool coz it tells us how long is the cycle going to run, what is the electricity consumption, etc. Loving it ! Ah... one last thing - it comes with a rack for the shoes which has been a huge plus given we have kids in school.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this Dryer for more than 4 months and it is really great. It has options for quick dry and wrinkle free drying, can be controlled remotely and it sends notifications to your phone via smarthings app.

I had to replace my 10 year-old Samsung washer and dryer set. I absolutely despise the new model! The dryer takes 2-3x longer to dry my clothes. The operational user interface is so idiotically inefficient and over-engineered it's absurd. You have to scroll through so much unnecessary crap just to get the dryer programmed properly, it's abdolutely absurd! Same goes for the washer. The programming / setup interface is so inefficient, over-thought, and over-engineered it drives me nuts to have to scroll through so many settings I'll never use. Instead of having a simple delayed start by 1, 2, 3,4 hours, you now have to figure out when you want the wash to be completed but you have to do the math on how long the cycle is. You can't just do a simple 1 hour delay without having to do addition of subtraction using the length of the wash cycle. What freaking genius thought that was a good idea?

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this about 3 months ago and so far only had one incident, where we tried drying our white comforter & it seems to have left a burnt mark. Now need to try & see if we can somehow remove the stain or if its just ruined. We also use it mostly on Time Dry function rather than Normal Dry because it tends to not dry the items properly. We also chose an Electric because we had just got solar panels at the beginning of the year, only wish we had read where it stated the type of plug that would be required to connect, so had to make the additional expense to have an electrician upgrade my outlet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do like this dryer but it does take some getting used to. Because of its artificial intelligence it's not like you just turn a dial. So many options for temperature and types of material. What is hard is learning the right setting and how to program. So often I think the clothes should be dry and it requires me running it again or it will shut off because it thinks it should be dry. I am learning though and it is probably user error. Beautiful set though!

Having trouble figuring out the best settings for everything, and exactly what the Ai does, but it dries the clothes well - albeit not very quickly. We're just getting to know each other, but I'm confident we'll be longtime friends

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer month ago. AI works very well and adapts the cycle based on the load. Smart features. Bigger capacity. Only issue is the delivery agents dented the dryer and didnt informed us. Thats why I am giving 4 star rating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dryer for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! It dries so much faster and more efficiently than my old dryer. It has a very large capacity, and can dry my entire Queen bedding set (comforter included) in less than 45 minutes. No other dryer around can do that! 10 outta 10 stars here!
