[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am really impressed (again!!). Samsung has been getting it right in their Bespoke line of appliance. I have their Bespoke Refrigerator, which has been great and now their dryer is just as impressive. The look and design is modern and sturdy. Although we did not stack the washer and dryer they are stack-able. Love that the drum is stainless steel, and it’s a very large capacity. The dryer is also so much quieter than my previous one. The drying time in this dryer is just as impressive. I was shocked my drying time was cut in half compare to my previous dryer with similar load size. I also love the smart features. There are so many different programmed drying cycle you can choose. It’s great to be able to check up on my laundry, set dryness, temperature or select options like reduce wrinkles and damp alert all from the phone with the smart things app. Love it!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Bespoke dryer not only looks cool but also has a lot of cool little features. Starting with its smart home capabilities - you can control the dryer over the phone, and receive notifications when a cycle is done, or even select the next cycle in advance for the next time you will use the dryer (you still have to walk to the dryer to manually turn it on, though). It is connected to the water so you can have steam cycles as well. It even comes with a shoe dryer rack, that you can use to dry delicate items (like shoes, or plush toys, or something like that) without tumbling. The color is so pretty, navy, but looks like a dark gray almost black, so the color go along with almost anything (we have gray cabinets in the laundry room and they work great with that). There’s a lot of preset cycles, but you can also customize your own, or even let the dryer decide for you via AI based on your usage patterns.

The exterior black stainless steel finish is best I've seen in an appliance. The controls are easy to set, the timer is accurate and the dryer is very quiet. It is energy efficient and gets clothes dry quickly. I really like the dryer rack that comes with it. You can use it to dry shoes or other items you don't want to tumble. It has water connection so you refresh clothes and remove wrinkles quickly. I like that it works pretty much in sync with our Samsung Bespoke washer so doing several loads works like clockwork. Another great job by Samsung!

The AI Smart Dial intelligently selects the optimal drying cycle based on load composition, taking the guesswork out of cycle selection. For those short on time, the Super Speed Dry option can dry a full load in under 30 minutes, though it may leave items a bit wrinkled. While efficient, the multitude of cycles and smart features come at a premium price that may not be justifiable for all households. With its brushed black finish, ample capacity, and tech-forward capabilities, this Bespoke gas dryer is an attractive yet pricey choice for the style- and performance-conscious laundry room.

I love the light and since the unit was so quiet I turned it on during the first wash just to be sure it was actually washing, it was and did a fantastic job. It quiet, beautiful and has plenty of options for all of my needs and more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this appliance for almost 2 years and have not had any issues. I am not sure why many review's overall product ratings include the performance of the 3rd party installation team Samsung uses. This is the appliance being reviewed not the service provided by a company. Yes, of course like everyone else I had my handful of issues from the company such as: marking my delivery complete after realizing they lost my appliance in their warehouse, refusing to install the hose assembly to my home's water line, refusing to provide or give me the exhaust kit included in the dryer installation kit for all dryer installations, to mounting the pedestals with the Styrofoam packaging left between the two items resulting in violent shaking and causing my full laundry detergent container to fall over and break onto the floor/wall and under my appliances, and lastly having 3 separate return appointments to correct these issues properly. Honestly after using the LG smart Washer & Dryer, I really appreciate not having many of the growing pains those appliances gave me. I love the clean, unique, and minimal look instead of the large, rounded, and bulky design many company's go for. As with all appliances, read up on best uses and maintenance sections of your instruction manual and you will prevent many of the premature issues other reviewer's are mentioning. Also read up on all the cycles offered, you'll be pleasantly surprised what you can use these appliance for :)! I added a cabinet system around the two appliance to cover the entire wall, and it looks so clean with the straight flat look.

Ultra Capacity Electric Dryer with AI Optimal Dry and Super Speed Dry which features 20 preset drying cycles, 5 dry levels and AI Optimal Dry which uses sensors which automatically chooses the best settings based on what you're drying. Super Speed Dry is there when you need it also, so you can dry and go in a hurry when you need to has been awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this dryer. I wish the AI settings were adjustable but otherwise it does such a great job and is extremely efficient. Most of the time I can get my clothes dry in 20-30 min cycles. It fits a ton of clothes, too!

The lint trap is a terrible design. It is very difficult to clean even using a vacuum cleaner. Have to use a software brush followed by washing the screen. Shouldn't have to do this every time you want to use the dryer. Should be able to just wipe and go...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This would be a perfect dryer if the preset drying options actually dried my clothes completely. This may be a problem with the machine’s drying sensor. For example, if you choose the drying option for towels, your towels are only dry a third of the way. Start the towel cycle again and it shuts off only after a few minutes because it’s sensing the towels are already dry - when clearly they’re not. A way around this is using the timed dry option. That’s okay when you’re drying on high heat but not low or no heat, though. So if you’re attracted by the preset drying options that will actually get your clothes dry, look for another dryer.
