This process may vary based on the selected wash cycle, load size, and fabric types. Regarding the water level, our washers automatically adjust it based on the load size and the selected cycle. This feature is designed to conserve water while still providing effective cleaning. To ensure accurate weight detection by the washer, make sure the tub is empty before running calibration. Please see page 28 for the steps to run this feature. I recommend reviewing pages 35- 43 of the user manual, where you can find more detailed information on wash cycle durations and how water levels are determined.
