[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded to a Samsung washer and it's been surprisingly satisfying change to my laundry routine the machine feels thoughtfully engineered from the smooth quiet spin cycle to the intuitive controls that make it easy to get the right settings without overthinking anything Samsung clearly put an effort into making the washer both powerful and user-friendly

This machine is replacing a 12 year old thar was finally past economic repair. I have a Samsung dryer that has performed well. I have high hopes for this machine as well

Also has fast speed for option, does great. Technology keeps getting better. So far so good, try it I think you will like it!!!

This washer will not stay balanced. No matter the size of the load. IT'S ALWAYS UNBALANCED. It will not do a proper cycle without unbalancing. Yes. It's plumb and level. I would give it zero stars
