Good fridge. 2 weeks in, the water and ice still taste chemically.

I bought 2 months ago and I'm in love with my fridge.

It’s been one month since purchasing this refrigerator. I love these main features: French doors, Full Convert drawer, Bottom Drawer freezer, Internal Water Dispenser & Slam-Resistant doors. The deep shelves on the French doors hold a lot of condiments & other smaller items which saves the shelf space for bigger items. Veggie & Fruit drawers are very large. Currently I’m using the Full Convert drawer for drinks & deli items. Freezer drawers hold a lot of food. I haven’t had any issues. Refrigerator & Freezer are maintaining their proper temperatures.

I absolutely love this fridge! The standout feature for me — and the reason I chose it — is the convert drawer. I didn’t even know this kind of flexibility existed until I saw it, and now I can’t imagine life without it. Being able to switch it between fridge/snack storage or extra freezer space is such a game changer. It’s one of those features you don’t know you need until you have it, and once you have it - you will never let it go type of thing. The interior space is stunning. There’s so much room that, at first, I thought I had forgotten to buy groceries — everything just fits so easily. I used to constantly struggle with an overstuffed fridge that somehow still felt empty. Now it’s neat, organized, and still has room to spare. I love to make treats for my family, and now I have the space to make some of my favorites, that require being chilled on a cookie sheet, and not have to rearrange anything to do so!! One small note — not a negative, just a suggestion: I really wish the convert drawer came with two dividers instead of just one, or at least had the option to purchase an extra. That would take the functionality to the next level for my needs. I did search the site trying to find one as a replacement part, and didn't find it - kind of hoping I just don't know where to look. Overall, I’m thrilled. It’s beautiful, smart, and incredibly practical. Highly recommend!

I LOVE this fridge! There is so much space. The drawers can fit so much and the pockets on the doors can hold a lot! I love the clean look of the front, with no handles. We are using the convertible drawer as a place for cold snacks so the doors of the fridge do not have to be opened as much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more fingerprints on the fridge handles… because this fridge has pocket handles! The hidden handles make the fridge look ultra polished. This fridge is an inch taller than my last LG fridge - I was surprised by how much more space this fridge provided - it is deep, a lot of ample space, the shelves are adjustable so you can arrange it to any height to meet anyone’s needs. There is also an extra drawer that is temperature controlled. Personally, I find that very beneficial. I currently use it as a fridge for drinks but if I need more freezer space, I can just change the temperature and use the drawer in that way. The freezer also has dividers, it makes organizing so much easier. And I really like the fact that the water dispenser is inside the fridge - another hidden gem. It’s so much better than the usual water dispenser placed outside the door (aesthetically not pleasing) which really makes this fridge stand out. Overall, the fridge design is legitimately sleek and modern without sacrificing practicality and convenience. I love!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new fridge! I've had it for a couple of months and it works just like I hoped. I chose to skip the outside dispenser for more room inside. My food is lasting longer. I'm using the middle drawer for things we grab during the day like drinks, snacks and dog food. The filtered water is cold when refilling my bottle. The freezer is well lit with lots of room. I found it on sale at the price I was hoping to pay black Friday.

We've this unit for about a month now. Seems so much bigger than the old fridge (also a 30 cubic foot LG that lasted 15 years). A little hard to get used to the no handles but we have figured it out. Using the middle drawer as extra fridge space as the freezer is more than adequate.

I have had this fridge for about a month. I love how it looks, and so far freezer and fridge temps are good. I love the convertible drawer as extra fridge space, and there's lots of storage in the doors. On the down side moving the shelves is a major pain. So fiddly! Also there's not much moving you can do. The left and right sides don't work independently, and If you do move a shelf you end up with a tiny shallow space for another shelf. No way to adjust the shelves to put in something large, like a turkey, to defrost. I may end up just removing one shelf completely in order to have a level for taller items. Another con for me is that the doors don't close well. The left door soft close, actually stops the door from closing. 2 out of 3 times when I close the door I end up hearing the chimes to tell me it's still open. It only closes if I either shove it really hard, or I push normally, wait until the soft close stops it an inch from closing, then push it the rest of the way closed. It's not a leveling issue because I've checked it with a laser level and it's straight. All in all, there are no major problems, but this fridge is way more fiddly than it should be. A bit of a disappointment considering the very high price tag.

This fridge is vast and well designed so that it uses the space well. I moved almost everything over from my previous, super-full fridge and there is still so much space. It looks empty! I like the shelf design and the freezer opens and closes with ease. Plenty of freezer space as well. I have cheese and butter in extra drawer but I’m glad it can be used to chill wine for a party or as a freezer - it would be great for freezing portioned cookie dough or berries prior to bagging.
