This fridge is vast and well designed so that it uses the space well. I moved almost everything over from my previous, super-full fridge and there is still so much space. It looks empty! I like the shelf design and the freezer opens and closes with ease. Plenty of freezer space as well. I have cheese and butter in extra drawer but I’m glad it can be used to chill wine for a party or as a freezer - it would be great for freezing portioned cookie dough or berries prior to bagging.

It’s been one month since purchasing this refrigerator. I love these main features: French doors, Full Convert drawer, Bottom Drawer freezer, Internal Water Dispenser & Slam-Resistant doors. The deep shelves on the French doors hold a lot of condiments & other smaller items which saves the shelf space for bigger items. Veggie & Fruit drawers are very large. Currently I’m using the Full Convert drawer for drinks & deli items. Freezer drawers hold a lot of food. I haven’t had any issues. Refrigerator & Freezer are maintaining their proper temperatures.

I wanted this refrigerator desperately. It has so many features that distanced it from all competition. Plus it's gorgeous and a bargain. Eventually, I ordered 2. Each time I waited patiently for 48+ hours for them to cool. Both failed miserably to chill below 50! You may be lucky and get one that actually works, but you're taking a great risk. If it does work initially, it's likely to break down later. I do not recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the LG30S8210S for 3 days - and cannot determine how the icemaker works. Sometimes I press the button for cubed ice and nothing happens. At other times I press the button and actually get ice! The ice plus feature does nothing. The icemaker seems to have a mind of its own. What is the trick to getting ice when I want it.

In July of 2024, we purchased an LG French Door Refrigerator with a flex drawer. This is a great refrigerator/freezer. If the doors or drawers are left open too long, there's a dinging sound to alert the owner that the refrigerator is not secure. We can find items easily and it does not matter which refrigerator door is closed first!

We've this unit for about a month now. Seems so much bigger than the old fridge (also a 30 cubic foot LG that lasted 15 years). A little hard to get used to the no handles but we have figured it out. Using the middle drawer as extra fridge space as the freezer is more than adequate.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just bought this refrigerator. We like that there is nothing on the doors, the amount of room inside is great. There are just a couple of things I would like to see; adjustability of the door bins, more than 1 divider for the convertible drawer and that the ice bin/top freezer shelf comes out with the main drawer when you open the drawer, afterall 90% of the time you're going in for ice anyway. It could be as simple as a notch that the wheels drop into.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This standard depth fridge is such a great size -- I've even been able to fit platters and prepped food for having guests over in addition to all of my groceries. I love the convert drawer and use it for canned beverages -- guests always make a beeline for that drawer the minute they come over. And the freezer is roomy and easy to organize. The front of it is extremely chic and modern looking. I thought I would miss handles but I don't at all and got used to it quickly. The water filter and ice cube maker have been working perfectly -- I almost can't keep up with ice cube usage! Set-up and delivery of the fridge was easy. My two small gripes are that when I close the fridge doors my condiments rattle around and that the beverage drawer bottom is not flat so my canned drinks slide around so I've been laying them down instead of standing them up.

I have had this fridge for about a month. I love how it looks, and so far freezer and fridge temps are good. I love the convertible drawer as extra fridge space, and there's lots of storage in the doors. On the down side moving the shelves is a major pain. So fiddly! Also there's not much moving you can do. The left and right sides don't work independently, and If you do move a shelf you end up with a tiny shallow space for another shelf. No way to adjust the shelves to put in something large, like a turkey, to defrost. I may end up just removing one shelf completely in order to have a level for taller items. Another con for me is that the doors don't close well. The left door soft close, actually stops the door from closing. 2 out of 3 times when I close the door I end up hearing the chimes to tell me it's still open. It only closes if I either shove it really hard, or I push normally, wait until the soft close stops it an inch from closing, then push it the rest of the way closed. It's not a leveling issue because I've checked it with a laser level and it's straight. All in all, there are no major problems, but this fridge is way more fiddly than it should be. A bit of a disappointment considering the very high price tag.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No more fingerprints on the fridge handles… because this fridge has pocket handles! The hidden handles make the fridge look ultra polished. This fridge is an inch taller than my last LG fridge - I was surprised by how much more space this fridge provided - it is deep, a lot of ample space, the shelves are adjustable so you can arrange it to any height to meet anyone’s needs. There is also an extra drawer that is temperature controlled. Personally, I find that very beneficial. I currently use it as a fridge for drinks but if I need more freezer space, I can just change the temperature and use the drawer in that way. The freezer also has dividers, it makes organizing so much easier. And I really like the fact that the water dispenser is inside the fridge - another hidden gem. It’s so much better than the usual water dispenser placed outside the door (aesthetically not pleasing) which really makes this fridge stand out. Overall, the fridge design is legitimately sleek and modern without sacrificing practicality and convenience. I love!
