Most quiet and hard working dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has got to be the quietest dishwasher we've ever had! When sitting in the living room right next to the kitchen, we can barely hear it when nothing else is on. If the TV is one, we never hear it. We did a test, to see how well it would get dishes clean that had food still stuck on them. When the cycle was over, the dishes we tested with were spotless!! Our other dishwasher could never accomplish such a thing. We are extremely impressed with the dishwasher and the installation services from Samsung.
Perfect little worker👌🏾
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this just before Thanksgiving. Cleans thoroughly and no noise! I appreciate the different washing cycle options. When the washing is completed the door opens to release steam and also signals me that it is done
Worst Bottom Rack - Poor Design
The bottom rack is poorly designed. The holes are so large that I can probably fit my head through them. What's up with the middle section of the bottom rack? It is wasted space because I rarely have anything to place in there And the holes are so wide my head could probaby fit through. UGH. I tried to replace the bottom rack with the bottom rack from my old dishwasher but it didn't fit, so now I'm stuck trying to figure out how to make the rack work for my needs. Worst bottom rack ever.

Works as it should and easy to install
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as described. Quieter than my previous Kenmore. Extremely easy to install using the instructions. Leveling it was easy, no leaks after install and have only installed one other dishwasher in my life.
Storm Wash Titan
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased Samsung's latest dishwasher equipped with the innovative Storm Wash feature, which is a game-changer in our kitchen. This cutting-edge addition ensures that even the toughest stains and residues are effortlessly removed from your dishes. The Storm Wash feature utilizes powerful jets of water from multiple angles, creating a strong cleaning action that tackles baked-on food and grime, leaving your dishes spotless. We are also impressed by its sleek design which seamlessly integrates into any kitchen aesthetic, making it not only functional but also a stylish addition to our home. Another standout aspect of this Samsung dishwasher is its all stainless interior, which looks great and will last a long time. The easy-to-navigate controls provide a wide range of washing cycles and options, ensuring flexibility to meet your specific needs. Whether you're looking for a quick rinse or a heavy-duty wash, this dishwasher has you covered; it's 60-min quick cycle is surprisingly effective. Overall, it was easy to install, is quiet, holds everything we need and just works. Another great Samsung product.
Premature Rusting and Poor Cleaning Performance
This dishwasher was installed by the builder of our home, and it's clear why they chose it—likely the cheapest 'modern-looking' option available. Almost immediately after the warranty period ended, the drawer baskets began rusting severely. Now I have tines breaking off completely, and replacement baskets cost nearly as much as a new dishwasher. Unlike previous dishwashers I've owned, this Samsung model requires extensive pre-cleaning of dishes to achieve even adequate results—despite having filtered and softened water throughout our home. The poor cleaning performance combined with the rapid deterioration of components is deeply disappointing. I'll likely be replacing this dishwasher after just two years of use, and based on this experience, I doubt it will be another Samsung product. The quality simply doesn't justify the cost or reputation of the brand.

Doesn’t Dry!
We’ve had this one for about six months now. Although this dishwasher is fairly quiet and does a decent clean (there have been more than a handful of occasions where we had to hand wash something that was in the dishwasher), one thing it doesn’t do is dry your dishes. After the wash, everything comes out dripping and we usually have to leave it sitting for over an hour just to air dry. A good dishwasher is going to do everything including steam dry.
Stacey, we understand how frustrating it is when the dishes are not dry after using the dishwasher. Let's take care of this. Here is a link to tips and tricks on drying dishes. Great features.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my new Dishwasher almost a year ago and i am very happy with it. It cleans well and alert me when the cleaning is done. When the cleaning cycle is done it pops the door open to remind me to empty i9t out. Great idea.
Beauty may be skin deep -- no adjustable baskets.
I just bought tge unit and havent run a full dirty load yet so I cant attest to its cleaning ability yet. I can say I''d give it a five for exterior styling and technology being wifi enabled. However upon getting the unit I noticed a glaring omission: There are no adjustable tines in the upper or lower baskets nor are there any cup shelves. It's a bare bones setup. I didn't think they even made dishwashers in 2025 without some adjustability in the baskets. So if you want that, you may want an upgrade from this model. Fancy outside, base model inside.
Hi there, We understand the need for the adjustable tine to help place cups and other items within the dishwasher. To help guide you and maximize the loading of the dishwasher, please see pages 17-22 of the manual for the instructions and additional details in the link below. No Issues, Always Works Great!
We’ve had this dishwasher 6 months now & have had no issues. Works great (even with “great value” dishwasher pods) and washes well on the “1 hour express” setting- which really does take only an hour! Love that it opens after it’s done- saving me a step!
