We don't use the traditional silver ware rack on the main bottom rack. Don't like the layout of the main bottom rack. Should hav more deciders for bowls.

I wanted it to be quiet and and I wanted it to be efficient. This Samsung dishwasher does both of those things very well. It's not uncommon for me to think that I forgot to start the dishwasher because iof how quiet it is unless you are really listening. You cannot tell that the dishwasher is doing its job until you stand next to it. The efficiency has also been great at use my mobile app to monitor the elite, electricity and water usage. And I'm very satisfied with the low consumption. It is very sleek. It's clean looking and I like that. The buttons are on the top, which kind of help to give it a more minimalistic look. I tend to just use the auto feature for all of my dishwasher needs that way, it does its best to clean based on how dirty the dishes are, it makes things very easy. The only reason I have a 4 stars instead of a 5 stars is because I do wish this dishwasher had a drying feel feature other than it opening the door which is a very nice touch. But I would have preferred another method of drying. Overall, this is a strongly recommended dishwasher, and I'm very happy that I have purchased it.

Also does a great job drying because the door pops open when the cycle is done which helps getting all the dishes dry and clean!

I dont like the top drawer since its just too small for any utensils. Other thing is it opens to let dishes dry. There is no drying session. Im happy it does the job though!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dishwasher about a month ago. So far it works great. I like that I can view the cycle and when it's complete from my phone. I also like the color and how finger prints don't show up. Especially having two kids that love to touch it. My only thing that I wish I knew when I bought it, is that is takes really long to dry. I do wish they had the heated dry cycle. Rinse aid is your friend if you buy this. Other than that, it works great.

It’s also super quiet, which I didn’t realize would make such a difference. I can run it while watching TV and not even notice it’s on. The StormWash feature is legit—my dishes come out sparkling even when I don’t rinse them first. I also love that the door pops open at the end to help with drying. It is important to add the rinse aid for the dishes to dry properly. I like the controls on the top of the door so it doesn’t get activated by accident.
