[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dishwasher to match my Bespoke refrigerator. It fits perfectly in my kitchen. I love the amount of space it has to fit all of my dishes. But the best feature is the automatic opening of the door when it finishes to dry the dishes better. I love the smarthings feature that shows a pop up on my Samsung tv letting me know the dishwasher is finished. Its easy to clean and dry. Its not to loud of a machine. We can watch a movie wile its running in the background. Dishes come out spotless.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung dishwasher (model: DW80CG5451SR) is absolutely fantastic. Its capacity is perfect and shelf design very functional. The dishwasher is very quiet and thoroughly cleans the dishes in reasonable amount of time. The overall performance exceeds our expectations and the smudge-proof stainless steel is easy to care for and no doubt far exceeds our old Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

Believe it or not from someone who runs it at least once a day I have noticed a significant drop in my electric bill! Love, love, LOVE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dishwasher so far does a great job of cleaning everything. The top rack for large, flat items is a real plus. The stainless steel interior stays very clean, something we thought might spot over time. The ice white exterior is nice, however, we will not be able to match to our other appliances. We wish regular white was offered.

Being Samsung phone users, we were leary about venturing off into the appliance world. The dishwasher we chise had a decent sound rating but also included a third shelf. After we set the dishwasher up on the SmartThings app, I learned you can download extra "programming" for the dishwasher. One of the downloadable settings is the door will pop open after the run cycle is co.plete to facilitate further drying of plastics. Very nice addition!! The dishwasher cleans better than any dishwasher we've owned, and I've tried all the brands by now. Do not hesitate at all with this addition if you are looking to replace your dishwasher.

Haven’t been able to finish the install of the dishwasher yet because the supplied power cord doesn’t clip onto the electrical box so the cables are able to move around. Looking at the manual, the electrical box should have a screw that secures the strain relief to it, but that doesn’t exist on the product. Either the box is missing the mounting hook or the hole machined in the box is too because the strain relief of the power cable doesn’t click into it. As a side note, I would like help with this issue. Just posting this here to get the ball rolling because Samsung Home Appliances is closed on the weekend, according to the message I got when I called.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A thing of beauty inside and out, definitely an upgrade to our previous GE appliances. The only caveat is the basket configuration-- it's hard to find a position for our bowls to get washed and drain properly.

If I could give this zero stars I would. The first dishwasher delivered had something wrong with the control panel so that every time you’d open the door the machine would keep running. On top of that the delivery/install team took nearly 2 hours and watched multiple YouTube videos to semi-complete the install. I setup a return and exchange with Samsung thru Sam’s Club. So I scheduled another day to be home and available for Samsung to come out and haul away the broken machine and for another team to come out with the new machine. Based on the install experience of the first machine, I opted to have my plumber install the dishwasher. A cost I would incur even though the install was built into the price. The first team, the ones picking up the machine, spent nearly 30 minutes trying to figure out how to disconnect the power from the dishwasher. I knew at that point getting my own plumber to do the installation was the right decision. Later that day, the second delivery team arrived and left the new dishwasher shrink wrapped in my dining room as I asked. A few days later, my plumber came out to install, and upon opening the styrofoam and shrink wrap it was noticed that the left leveling leg was broke and in pieces in the styrofoam. I notified Samsung that again there was an issue and their solution is to pick up the machine for a refund..What about my costs to have a plumber install the broken unit shimming up the left side in order to level the machine? Where’s my old dishwasher to put back since they’re now leaving me with a hole in my kitchen. The worst customer service from any manufacturer I’ve dealt with. So I may lose my time and my money spent on a plumber but it’s worth every dime if this review prevents anyone from buying Samsung in the future. Sam’s Club should also investigate Samsung and their delivery and install team. I don’t see how this reflects well on them either.

This right here is a very fine peace of steel 👌 that outcompetes its overworked and underpaid predecessor. The best part is, with this upgrade, I never hear any lip coming from this one. It is so quite I've accidentally ran the thing twice because it was so quite i didnt realize it had already ran! 😳 (please no judgements, I already feel bad enough)
