Usually make our own but thought we'd give these a try. GREAT flavor and super value.

These are FANTASTIC

Made too thin, not much meat. Might be better if both options were offered corn and flour. too.

Soggy and lite on meat

Industrial/commercial food ok for non-Mexican or non-Tex-Mex lovers; edible but not very good

Perfect For a Quick Dinner

Our favorite easy ready-made meal that goes well with the kale salad that I will also rate.

Love the enchiladas!

They always come out soggy and cold on the middle.  Good idea but needs better construction.   And yes, I follow the directions.

Soggy Bottom Tray

I bought these on a recommendation.  After the first time I went back and bought 2 more and froze them.  These Enchiladas are wonderful.  The flavor is spot on, the chicken is abundant and the quality is very good.  The price is also excellent.  One enchilada can feed two people.  It lasted the 2 of us for 3 days. With the cost of groceries rising again this is a good quality meal at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
