Chicken enchiladas were ok would have rather had ground beef

It was not very good in my opinion. Too cheesy, too slimy, maybe it was a texture thing for me.

They always come out soggy and cold on the middle.  Good idea but needs better construction.   And yes, I follow the directions.

Soggy Bottom Tray

I bought these on a recommendation.  After the first time I went back and bought 2 more and froze them.  These Enchiladas are wonderful.  The flavor is spot on, the chicken is abundant and the quality is very good.  The price is also excellent.  One enchilada can feed two people.  It lasted the 2 of us for 3 days. With the cost of groceries rising again this is a good quality meal at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.
