Sams Club chicken enchiladas are great. We always keep a couple in the freezer. Add tortilla chips and salsa and it makes meal. Before baking we add an additional layer of Mexican Blend cheese. Since we usually keep these in the freezer, we thaw them in the fridge for 24 hours before baking.

I am not a big enchilada eater, but these looked really good so I decided to try them. It came out the oven looking delicious but tasting horrible. The chicken had an old taste not fresh tasting. I only gave this dish 2 stars because my son loved it, maybe my taste buds were off!!

Enchiladas are traditionally made with corn tortillas. Chicken Enchiladas can have red, sour cream or other toppings, but these were made with flour tortillas. Just to clarify the package I bought were in the Deli case, not frozen. Very bland, no taste... I gave them to the dogs.

This was the first time buying the enchiladas. In my opinion thet are GREAT! I've read a lot of reviews about it being chef boy r d sauce. I'm here to tell you it is not. I hate chef boy r d. This is definitely not. We're not spicy at all. Tortillas were a little soggy but that's OK with me. I say take a chance and try them you won't regret it. I didn't. Will purchase again!

I was so excited to try these, but they were so gross that no one in my family would eat them...even my husband who will eat just about anything. They were oddly salty, the chicken is chopped chunks of rotisserie chicken, and there was so much cheese that when I heated it up there was a pool of grease on the side.
