I like these enchiladas. I always worry the green stuff on top could be Cilantro, that would the end of me buying them.

Meh... they don't taste at all authentic. They are okay, but that's about all I can say about them.

I topped it with salsa Verde so I can have both red and green salsa. Baked it and it came out wonderfully. I plan to purchase more in the future!
