Very tasty for a take home meal. The only drawback to this and the rest of the take home meals from Sam's is that there's no instructions on how to reheat them. That's the only reason I don't give it a 5.

This was probably one of our favorite meals, had amazing flavor and te perfect amount of filing in each enchilada. Was enough for 2 meals for me and my husband

Very convenient and very good. They are large so I serve 1/2 each. IMO, restaurant quality dish when served up with charro beans (HEB or homemade) and Spanish rice.

Our family of 2 had tried the Hatch version previously and found it a little too dry. That was not the case with this one. Super flavorful and quick and easy to prepare. Had enough for 4 servings after adding refried beans.
