We love these! Lots of chicken, no 'heat'. Highly recommended even for non-Mexican food lovers. I wish I could buy that enchilada sauce. Pro tip: take the lid off towards the end of baking, and let the edges become crisp. Yummm....

Even though it smelled like I just baked poop enchiladas I did try it...yup it was awful and into the bin it went. I can't believe people actually liked it! LOL

I like these Enchiladas because they have great flavor and the right ingredients, perfect size. My only complaint is that they’re skimpy on the amount of chicken they give. Quick and easy to make.

The chicken and cheese seemed to fuse together into some sort of gooey mess. I saw chunks of chicken before baking it, but there were no chunks of chicken after baking.
