Inconsistent, over-cheesed, very unhealthy

I bought these several times, the first thing I will say is they are inconsistent on how they make them, for example there was no burrito sauce on the last purchase and way over cheesed and the white sauce way over poured. So unhealthy too. see nutritional information below. One day I put one in a glass container and microwaved it. Just enough to warm it up. Boy did I had a very hard time scrubbing the sauce and cheese off of the glass, I came so close to throwing the container away. So I'm thinking about my arteries all those 20 minutes while scrubbing, "what did I do to them?" So I picked out the chunks of chicken and ate them but the over kill of creamy white sauce ruined even that. Tasty, heat-and-eat meal

These chicken enchiladas are good. We’ve gotten them a couple of times. They take a bit longer to cook than the instructions indicate to get them to 165 degrees. Not a healthy meal by any means…a half of one of the enchiladas is a serving, and comes in at 450 calories, but there is a ton of cheese. But thats what makes them super tasty.

Shocking...

Shocking that this is rated 4.2 stars overall. If people think this is good, I would hate to think what other foods they are eating. I'll just say that my wife and I are fairly decent cooks and cook most of our food. It was my birthday and we were busy and tired, so we saw this and said let's give it a try. OMG, it's awful. It was like chicken puree in a wet flour tortilla. It was bland, no spices. Not even the pile of cheese could save it! I think Taco Bell's enchirito has more flavoring. I topped mine with jalapeno slices and that was the best part of it. If you are desparate for a semi homemade meal, make ramen noodles, because this will only leave you saddened.

Delicious, but made with flour tortillas

Enchiladas made with flour tortillas would be referred to as burritos. Enchiladas are never made with flour, but corn tortillas. Yes, I failed to read the fine print on the ingredients, which included the words contains wheat. Who would think? So these burritos were convenient and delicious. I am wheat intolerant, however, so I bought a huge tray of burritos that I cannot eat. Disappointed!

meh

Lots of chicken, but it’s in giant chunks (bigger than bite sized chunks). It tastes good, but after you heat it up, then you have to cut up the chunks and mix it together again. I won’t buy it again because who wants to work that hard for a pre cooked meal?

Do not buy

These are awful. My family said they tasted like automotive plastic smells. My husband - who is not remotely picky- couldn't even get them down. I'm so disappointed as they were fairly expensive as a meal, not to mention that I had to scramble around and find something else for my family to eat. Yuck, Sam's. Just yuck.

messy, and soupy

my first time buying and using it, the instructions were incredibly small to read, and on the bottom of the container. did as directed, but was smart enough to put on a cookie sheet.. the bottom pan melted, and dripped all over the sheet. it was hard and messy to get on a plate, the cheese stuck to the foil, even using non stick foil. the enchiladas were runny, chunky, and messy. I guess I wasted 11 dollars.. ended up throwing it all out except the little bit I ate.

Changed tray

Bought today and they changed the tray that's not oven safe. I heated it up the same way I always have and came back to a melted plastic tray with my food. Not sure how you would move 3 basically one foot long enchiladas to another tray. Waste of $14 hopefully Sam's will refund me

Incorrect Information

Wrong serving information. The package says 6 servings and that 1 serving is 1/2 Enchilada at 470 calories. If this were true then there should only be 3 Enchiladas in the package. There are a LOT more than 3 Enchiladas. Why are the calories so high for 1/2 Enchilada? Tortilla, Chicken in Sauce and Cheese. One WHOLE Stouffer's Chicken Enchilada has 280 calories. Very Confusing!

Good but too soggy

These have the potential to be really good but cooking with the foil on top makes the tortilla really soggy and unappetizing. Also the cheese sticks to the foil. Seems like there could be a better way to cook them. Any ideas? Thanks These have the potential to be really good but cooking with the foil on top makes the tortilla really soggy and unappetizing.
