These are very average and not very good. I would not buy them again. Sam's Club prepared meals have deteriorated over the past several years. I really would not be tempted to buy any of them. Poor selection compared to before. There are much better heathy choices and quality at other places.

Enchiladas are pretty good. A bit too much cheese/sodium. When re-heating, make sure it heats through as there’s nothing worse than THICK lukewarm cheese! Originally heated in the tin it came uncovered w/foil at 350 for 45 minutes in the oven as another reviewer stated. Top with sour cream and diced onions.

I got these recently at the Cookeville, TN location. They must have changed the recipe because these are SO much better. They used to be dry cubed chicken and nothing else. Now they have a more shredded texture with a cheesy and creamy sauce. I only wish they put more red sauce on the top but I add that myself when I bake them. Looking forward to getting these again and again.

Filling is terrible, no big chunks of chicken at all. It's some kind of gristle ground up mushy and gross. I wish I read all the 1 star reviews before I bought it. The reviews were all correct. It's basically left over rotisserie chicken gristle ground up and mixed with some filler. They sold all the good breast meat separtely and don't use the good chicken in these enchiladas. Gristly Gross. Not worth buying. Not worth eating. Won't ever buy again. They even skimped on the sauce, not enough to cover up the poor taste of the soup like mush inside.

I have a SUPER picky 14 year old who never likes anything, especially if it's spicy. These are a tad spicy in my opinion and I thought for sure he'd complain, but he loves them! Eats dinner with milk and cleans his plate. I tried to get the recipe from the meat dept but she said it comes to them already mixed, in a bag from The Warehouse. She didn't know where it was made nor the ingredients. I guess it's a secret recipe! Sams needs to package this sauce and sell it to customers. I would buy it twice a month if they did.

I bought these today and they were very good, reading some of the reviews regarding plastic containers. My location had them in Aluminum pans right to the oven. Buyers I see lots a negative reviews about plastic container when you picked them up to purchase you can see if its plastic or aluminum . Perhaps each location is different. Someone checking reviews perhaps contact your location or look before you buy to see if its plastic or aluminum..

This is the first time we’ve ever got the fresh made food at Sam’s. And it won’t be the last.The enchiladas were delicious. I’ve read in some of the reviews they were too salty, and I am very particular with that and I did not notice it. Thank you Sam’s for the easy dinner tonight.

These are delicious! You get 3 very large enchiladas in a flour tortilla (which I prefer). They are topped with a generous portion of mixed mexican cheeses. The enchilada sauce is tasty & thick. Excellent! It feeds my family of 3 — two adults & a teenager pretty easily, especially if we have some chips & salsa on the side. My husband & I both work 8-5 jobs so Sam’s prepared meals come in clutch for us. The enchiladas & stuffed peppers are our favorite dishes.

Is this authentic Mexican food? No, absolutely not. If you are here to complain that this isnt "authentic" then go to an acual mexican restaurant for authentic and not some prepackaged stuff. Is this good? I am craving this at 8 months pregnant every day. I make my husband go and pick up a stock of these every week because I'm always craving these things.

I see where everyone rants and raves about the enchiladas and know it's all a preference of taste or texture. We bought the rotisserie chicken enchiladas and don't like them because they make the chicken into mush with a processor or something. It's like pour sauce, chicken and ??? In a food processor and hit the button. Again I know it's a preference but would much rather have strips or pulled chicken in the enchiladas.
