Tasty and inexpensive

Great meal for me and my husband to enjoy. It used to come with a tin for the bottom and now it is plastic and silly to have to remove from the container to place in my own pan. Inconvenient and want the tin bottoms back. Would have given five stars if wasn't a plastic bottom.

I picked these yesterday and realized, too late , I had 1 day to use or freeze.(Be sure to check.) To compound the situation , these were the blandest enchiladas I have EVER eaten. No chilies, no onions ,no garlic, no tomatoes, It's chicken and cheese !! Even corn tortillas would have added flavor but they used flour tortillas. BLAND

Okay, it isn't what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant, but it is decent. and convenient Filling. Needs hot sauce. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Add salsa and sour cream...and hot sauce. You need a magnifying glass to read the cooking instructions. Really.

My husband and I had a super stressful week between a sick baby, getting sick ourselves and keeping up with work. I bought these to give us an easy dinner. While the red salsa is better than the white enchiladas, they were still extremely salty. Pretty much inedible. We threw the white ones away but forced ourselves to finish these because they were slightly more bearable. Won't buy again.

I had high hopes for this after reading many reviews, yet I was greatly disappointed. The chicken tasted so overwhelmingly processed. I could hardly stand to chew one bite let alone the whole thing. My whole family felt sick after eating this. I do not recommend.

We used to buy these all the time. Then we got tired of them for a while. I recently had a craving for them so I bought one. They are still pretty good. They last several meals for us, as our family can only eat about half a one at a time. They are big. There is a lot of cheese which I love. The tortillas are soft. The sauce has a good flavor. One negative is that some of the chicken like the bigger pieces can be dry. So you definitely need the sauce and cheese. But otherwise overall it’s a great buy. Flavorful and good portions.
