Okay, it isn't what you would expect from a Mexican restaurant, but it is decent. and convenient Filling. Needs hot sauce. Cook at 350 for 20 minutes. Add salsa and sour cream...and hot sauce. You need a magnifying glass to read the cooking instructions. Really.

I buy these frequently. They usually come in a tin pan and I can throw them directly into the oven. This last time I bought them they came in a plastic container. Had to transfer to a different pan. Might be ok for other premade meals but Totally inconvenient for these enchiladas. I won't be buying them again.

these enchilladas had plenty of sauce, chicken, and cheese in combination. What else di the cooks not skimp on? SALT. Ounces of the stuff in there. You know how the ingredient that is listed first on the list is the one most included? Well in the batch I bought it was definitely the salt. I needed to ask extra Habanero Chile Sauce to make it taste palatable. Better mixiing next time Sam. Count me out as a satisfied Consmer though. Arriba.

We used to buy these all the time. Then we got tired of them for a while. I recently had a craving for them so I bought one. They are still pretty good. They last several meals for us, as our family can only eat about half a one at a time. They are big. There is a lot of cheese which I love. The tortillas are soft. The sauce has a good flavor. One negative is that some of the chicken like the bigger pieces can be dry. So you definitely need the sauce and cheese. But otherwise overall it’s a great buy. Flavorful and good portions.

These are delicious! Great to take to neighbors that need a meal. Pairs great with any of the salads. We buy this frequently

My fault, but I left my reading glasses in the car and could not read the ingredients. Enchiladas are always gluten free, except at Sam's.

Not the greatest but not the worst. Everything became mushy slop after baking. The texture definitely killed it.
