I purchased this pan so I could roast a spatchcocked turkey and it worked great. I needed a large pan that would hold a 16 - 20 lb. bird and not hang over the edges. Perfect!

I always enjoy seeing the quality of Nordic ware and it’s evident with this pan. Right away I cooked two turkeys side by side on it then turned around the next morning and cooked a couple slabs of bacon for my guests. Great pan.

Was surprised that the pan was as nice & big as it is. I bought it to try & cook chicken wings for the NFL season in the oven. It looks like exactly what I needed.

My favorite baking pan and the rack is great for making bacon in the oven. I just bought a second one because they are so handy for making larger meals and sides. Great value

Heavy well made baking pan with the perfect wire rack and non stick finish, who could ask for more! The size is perfect, i baked 30 meatball perfectly.

This baking tray is wonderful. The wings cook evenly, vegetables are roasted and slightly crispy. The rack keeps the food away from the drippings and cooks evenly.

I bought this with hopes of getting big batches of food done at once but the pan rusted only after weekly use of 2 months. I have no idea what's the obsession with making an inferior product. I mean obviously the corporations don't want their products to last forever because theirs no money in that but a product should at least last 2 years.

Finally a pan for chicken wings for my air fryer setting on my oven. I line with foil to help keep the bottom of the pan clean, and spray the rack before adding the wings. YAY! I can't eat fried foods so this pan is a life saver - especially since it's football season and we have some type of wings every Saturday!!

I purchased this sheet pan with rack in July 2023 but just used it a week ago to make a big batch of honey garlic chicken wings. The recipe required an oven temp of 425 degrees and that the wings be flipped and basted 3 times with this sticky sweet honey garlic sauce. The wings were delicious & cooked perfectly. I did line the pan with aluminum foil for easy cleanup because these were sticky wings. There was no warping using this pan at this high temp. Will definitely buy another to use for large gatherings.

Larger than many pans that claim that they hold a lot. Easy to clean. A nice find.
