Larger than many pans that claim that they hold a lot. Easy to clean. A nice find.

I love this was roaster pan! I use it to spatchcock my turkey every Thanksgiving. I had borrowed my sons the last few years but I ended up buying my own this year.

i purchased this pan several years ago from Sam's and I absolutely love it! It bakes beautifully, with and without the rack, it washes easily and has proven to be very durable. I highly recommend this product!

I bought this with hopes of getting big batches of food done at once but the pan rusted only after weekly use of 2 months. I have no idea what's the obsession with making an inferior product. I mean obviously the corporations don't want their products to last forever because theirs no money in that but a product should at least last 2 years.

This is a very large pan that takes up the entire oven rack but it fits inside my Frigidaire oven. I thought I was ordering the smaller size so imagine my surprise when I opened the package and saw how jumbo sized this pan was! Thankfully, it fits inside my standard home oven. I use these racks for baking bacon or for meal prepping 2 pounds of boneless skinless chicken thighs. The rack can go in the top rack if the dishwasher but the pan is hand wash only. I heavily line with foil the tray for easier clean up. I recommend everybody does that. I'll hand wash the rack but always place it in the dishwasher yo get it extra clean. I really like this jumbo pan. I'm glad Sam's Club offers it.

I took a chance and bought this to cook my large family onion rings on. I have tried the air fryer, regular baking in oven and they still were soggy. I bought this and my family went wild. I've made onion rings, breaded chicken and veggies, eggplant for my eggplant parm and more! We don't fry in oil anymore and I no longer am using my air fryer. For quick cleanup, I even put parchment paper under the rack so all the breadcrumbs were easy to clean up as they did stick without it. (The pan came clean with a little dawn and elbow grease when I forgot the parchment paper and there was no staining to the metal). The oven is repeatedly set to 450 Degrees when I cook in my electric oven and this performs fine. We have found this to be successful and I am currently buying a second one right now to make my eggplant parm go a little faster - lol. I highly suggest this purchase. Product is advertised on this webpage to be safe to 450F degrees; however, after purchase, I found that the product label (and the Nordic Ware website) state that the maximum safe temperature is 400F. (see attached photo) I previously submitted an unfavorable review and photo documentation of this error, and my review was deleted. Even more disappointingly, as of the time of this submission, the product webpage continues to incorrectly advertise the maximum safe cooking temperature to be 50 degrees greater than what is shown on the product label. Since the intended application is oven-roasting, this error results in a significant difference in the usability of this product because many recipes (such as oven-roasted potatoes) require 425F-450F for this type of cooking.

Bought it in club several years ago and have used it for all my meat cooking needs simulating grilling or crisping. It is my number one go-to pan. Now one thing I've learned over the years, grease the rack like you would on a regular grill! Reason: the Teflon coating has started to peel in places which makes me hesitant and cautious in continuing to use it. The meat sticks to the rack without greasing, as expected. But how bad it sticks and how easy it is to clean are dependent on whether you grease it or not. That's where the coating peels off in cleaning afterwards, even with the most cautious cleaning method, soak in hot water until everything is soft and loose, use a non-scratch Teflon safe scrubber. I would love it if there is a separate rack that I can buy to replace it and not have to buy a whole replacement set. For those 2 reasons, I gave this 4 stars.
