I love how big it is, I can fit an entire pack of bacon at one time. The one drawback is that it's too large for my tiny kitchen sink which makes cleaning the grate hard. I did line the pan with foil to make cleaning easier. The coating on the grate does keep the grease from sticking which makes cleaning easier. I love how lightweight it is. It's big and the lightweight materials make it easy to carry.

this pan has got to be the greatest way to cook bacon i have ever seen. it fits in a standard 30 inch oven and can cook an entire pound of bacon in one shot. the rack can be a little tough to clean, but that's to be expected with any rack. the pan itself cleans up very easily.

Worked great for spatchcocked turkey. We actually cooked bacon on parchment instead of grate for easier cleanup. Worth the buy even if you use it once a year for turkey or like to cook other whole birds on an elevated grate.

This oven crisping baking tray bakes bacon wonderfully while keeping it out of the grease. It decreases the shrinkage of your bacon versus pan frying.

Absolutely love this. Line the pan with aluminum foil and cook your bacon in the oven. I will only cook bacon this way now. Easy clean up and bacon just the way we like it.

See that "extra large" in the title? they're serious. Check the dimensions and make sure it will fit in your oven and you have a place to store it. It is well made and sturdy and great if you're cooking for a crowd. I really should have looked for the same in about half the size.

Product is advertised on this webpage to be safe to 450F degrees; however, after purchase, I found that the product label (and the Nordic Ware website) state that the maximum safe temperature is 400F. (see attached photo) I previously submitted an unfavorable review and photo documentation of this error, and my review was deleted. Even more disappointingly, as of the time of this submission, the product webpage continues to incorrectly advertise the maximum safe cooking temperature to be 50 degrees greater than what is shown on the product label. Since the intended application is oven-roasting, this error results in a significant difference in the usability of this product because many recipes (such as oven-roasted potatoes) require 425F-450F for this type of cooking.
