this pan has got to be the greatest way to cook bacon i have ever seen. it fits in a standard 30 inch oven and can cook an entire pound of bacon in one shot. the rack can be a little tough to clean, but that's to be expected with any rack. the pan itself cleans up very easily.

I love how big it is, I can fit an entire pack of bacon at one time. The one drawback is that it's too large for my tiny kitchen sink which makes cleaning the grate hard. I did line the pan with foil to make cleaning easier. The coating on the grate does keep the grease from sticking which makes cleaning easier. I love how lightweight it is. It's big and the lightweight materials make it easy to carry.

This oven crisping baking tray bakes bacon wonderfully while keeping it out of the grease. It decreases the shrinkage of your bacon versus pan frying.

Absolutely love this. Line the pan with aluminum foil and cook your bacon in the oven. I will only cook bacon this way now. Easy clean up and bacon just the way we like it.

Worked great for spatchcocked turkey. We actually cooked bacon on parchment instead of grate for easier cleanup. Worth the buy even if you use it once a year for turkey or like to cook other whole birds on an elevated grate.

Bought it specifically to Spatchcock/Butterfly a turkey for Thanksgiving. I can't make this up - 23lb turkey, 3 hours total. Juiciest turkey ever. 400°F - 1st hour uncovered 350°F - 2 hours covered

This will do a whole package of bacon without crowding. The rack is perfect for roasting a large turkey. The pan without the rack is perfect for baking cinnamon rolls or other bread rolls. Even browning. Love this pan so much I bought one for all my kids.

Love the Nordic War oven sheet with rack! Clean up is a breeze! I did cheat and place foil on the sheet.

See that "extra large" in the title? they're serious. Check the dimensions and make sure it will fit in your oven and you have a place to store it. It is well made and sturdy and great if you're cooking for a crowd. I really should have looked for the same in about half the size.

It is a BIG pan.. It has can hold a lot of food, but if you are cooking for 1 or 2 people, it is way oversized. The 4 star rating is because I wish Sam's Club would carry more than one size. A smaller pan would be just right. This is great pan for people wanting a "healthier cooking" pan that allows grease drippings to be caught by drip pan while the meat high and dry is on the rack.
