I love this extra large pan. I made 3 Cornish game hens using this pan. The birds were kept out of any fluid and they roasted perfectly. The pan was easy to clean and lightweight. I’m happy I bought it!

This is a large try perfect for cooking ribs or large quantities of meat at one time! Also can sub for a cake pan too! Can be used for multiple purposes and fits perfectly into a standard size oven!

We love our new crisping tray. Its a great size for a family and its easy to clean. I researched several of these before deciding on this one. The size... and the fact that it came with the bottom tray, were the deciding factors. Now that we've used it, I know we made the right choice!

Full meals with only one pan to wash! Feels healthier. Oven-roasted potatoes and cherry/grape tomatoes are SO delicious. Nice alternative for fish, but pork tenderloin was not successful. Cleans up easily, handles on recessed rack make it easy to lift rack out of pan.

This oven crisp baking tray with sheet pan by Nordic Ware is really nice. It is very sturdy and can be used to air fryer in a convection oven. I received this oven crisp baking tray but I returned it as it was waaay too large for my needs. I do recommend this as it is very nice, can be used for a variety of things and heavy duty.

Nice pan I saw instore and really wanted but I had to wait and store ran out so when I did get to order it was sent packaged very well..pretty much fills up one rack of oven space. Not a heavy duty pan though, but I'm still very pleased with purchase. I have regular cookie sheets nordic brand and they are heavier. I'm always very happy to but USA made, pan is USA MADE grid in imported.

I make a lot of sheet pan meals and this has been a total game changer. I should’ve got something like this years ago! I did put a silicone sheet under the wire grill for easy cleanup. The bacon on it gets amazingly crispy and I can make the whole package!

Love this crisping pan! This has been exactly what I have needed for so long. I use this pan for almost everything that is going in the oven. I love the size of the pan itself and the rack is edge to edge and line spacing is perfect so nothing falls through.

This pan is great for baking just about anything. I love using it to cook bacon in the oven. No more splatters of grease. It makes nice crispy bacon, allows the grease to collect in the bottom of the pan. It's also great for oven baked chicken breast and pork chops. My only regret is I didn't buy a second one.

Love this baking rack. Great for the price.
