Was surprised that the pan was as nice & big as it is. I bought it to try & cook chicken wings for the NFL season in the oven. It looks like exactly what I needed.

Really nice pans. I put a Matt on the bottom and baked two whole chickens. Came out perfect at 400 degrees with damage to the pans. No warping either.

This baking tray is wonderful. The wings cook evenly, vegetables are roasted and slightly crispy. The rack keeps the food away from the drippings and cooks evenly.

Heavy well made baking pan with the perfect wire rack and non stick finish, who could ask for more! The size is perfect, i baked 30 meatball perfectly.

Great for smoking pork ibuse this to avoid having to clean my grill as often.. it is large enough to hold two Boston Butts and all of the drippings collect below the rack.

I always enjoy seeing the quality of Nordic ware and it’s evident with this pan. Right away I cooked two turkeys side by side on it then turned around the next morning and cooked a couple slabs of bacon for my guests. Great pan.

I make egg bits fill the bottom with. Water placed the muffin tin with egg mixture on top of the grate and they baked up gorgeous! Loved this pan also baked pizza on it saved my oven from a cheese mess!

We had been looking for a pan to use in our oven with air fry and this one is perfect. It’s an exact fit in our oven. We’ve only used it twice so far, but we are very pleased with it and it is well made in the USA!

I purchased this pan so I could roast a spatchcocked turkey and it worked great. I needed a large pan that would hold a 16 - 20 lb. bird and not hang over the edges. Perfect!
