I've used quite a bit of this flour without any issues. It is good but probably not the best. Good value. Interesting change to packaging with the pour spout. Learning curve: cut off the spout, pull the plastic liner out so it protrudes from the bag to create the spout and then tuck it back in after. If you don't pull it out, it won't pour at all because it creates a funnel effect. .

I have had bugs in the past until I started freezing the bag as soon as I bring it home.

Good AP flour. Mainly used for bread and pasta in the machine. It's huge so I store it with bay leaves to keep bugs out.
