I bought this for baking cakes, as I've done for over 15 years but something in the milling process renders it different. Can't seem to get it dialed in for biscuits. No matter what, they seem dry. Can we get the old brand back?

We separate into gallon ziplock bags when we get home and seal in a large plastic container, haven’t had an issue with pantry bugs yet but always prefer to mitigate the risk.

I want the PIZZA AND BREAD FLOUR back in your store.. it was the best flour for pizza and bread... I tried the all purpose flour and it is aweful for breads and pizza

We do much baking in our household and have purchased many bags of "bread flour" from Sam's in the past so we decided to try the MM brand of all purpose flour when other local stores ran out of all purpose flour earlier this year. We were NOT disappointed - it has worked well for us in baking several different types of baked goods.

Wow! What a deal on flour! I bought this huge bag and broke it down into gallon size freezer bags and froze. It has a 2-year shelf life this way. I won't have to buy flour for quite some time and I told my friends that if they need flour to come see me!

I normally use King Arthur flour for all my bread baking, but it was unavailable from anywhere so I gave this Members Mark all purpose a try. I was very pleasantly surprised! It performed very well in my sourdough bread, sandwich bread and even a lemon blueberry pound cake. The price is awesome! I got 25 lbs. of Members Mark for less than I usually pay for 10 lbs. of King Arthur. I just repackaged it into 5 lb. bags and store it in the freezer. Wish Members Mark bread flour was available!

I've ordered this flour a number of times and I will continue to order it. Over the years, I've tried "generic brand" flour and have ended up with some flours that taste off. That is not the case with this flour! Every bag is quality flour with no odd flavors. In addition, if you're a person that does a lot of baking, this is a great value!

This is a 25lb bag of flour. This is a great item to purchase whether you have a large family, own a small business or prepping for emergencies. The bag is sturdy, the flour is fine and dry so you won't need to sift it quite as much. A big bag takes up less space than three 10lb bags of flour. My large family goes through a 25lb bag of flour in about a month, so buying in bulk makes sense for us.
