Top looked nice got it home and the bottom was full of fat. I will not buy again. Had to give it to my Dog.

I love that it had some fat on it that kept the outside from getting too charred, keeping it nice and tender.

Marineted 24 hours and grilled. Hands down the toughest piece of skirt steak i have had. Wont be buying from sams again.

The meat was full of fat and it was tough had to remove most of the fat a rough skin. Was not good would not be purchasing again. On the front side it looked good but whne you fliped it around it was all fat.
