Second time buying this item always chewy!

Was 👍 okay, tenderized, marinated but still on the tough side and was grilled medium rare.

Extremely tough, Had to throw it out, could not chew it.

This rime we choose a bad cut i guess. It was soooo tough. Even after marinating over night!

Marinated overnight, set it out for an hour and still was a bit chewy

Beautiful cut, marinades well, delicious!

Marinate didn’t work this cut of meat was tough

I liked it ! it was tender and the price was great for the quantity .

Quality product and good price

This was a great slab of meat. I am very pleased with the quality and taste of my beef skirt.
