The meat was extremely chewy

Meat department not up to the quality it used to be

A fair price for Skirt steaks, marinate for tenderness.

Wasn't a clean cut of meat, I had to cut a lot of hard skin in order to cook and eat it properly.

It’s a thinner cut than other skirt steak so easy to over cook. I am not sure I would buy again

Meat was good but it wasn't worth the price.
