Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Tune 770NC, charge the battery to 100% and then listen to music without any bass boosted, and at a very low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published up-to playtime, the battery is working fine. However, if you get less than 90% of the published specification, this likely means that the battery is losing its capacity. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support.
