Chilean Seabass is one of the finest delicacies in the world. This is sold with the skin on, which is hard to find and preferable because it makes it easier to cook on the grill. While still expensive, the price is far less than most places are selling it for if they even carry it.

Wild Caught Chilean Seabass had an excellent semifirm texture to the meat and had a clean flavor.

As someone who buys seafood weekly this was a great addition to the seafood selection
