The Sea Bass was very good. Flavor was good. Very important to cook it properly. If you over cook at all it is ruined. The only problem I have with it was the packaging. They put 2 totally different size pieces in the packaging. Very hard to cook 2 different size pieces of fish at the same time and get them both done properly.

High price for what you get but it was good

Whether sautéed, baked or broiled this tender flaky fish is wonderful. Nice to have this available from my favorite vendor!

These sea bass filets are conveniently packaged in a set of 2 fillets which is perfect for our family. The taste was very good, will purchase again.
