Sprinkle and marinade with lemon pepper, white wine and lime juice. Sear 3 minutes each side with olive oil. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Yummy!

It was not as good as other Chilean Seabass we've had including frozen Chilean Seabass at Publix. We probably would not buy this again. The price was fine but the product was subpar.

If you are going to charge me $30/pound then you should probably pull the fish or reduce it if the use by date is the next day. My bad for not noticing til I got home but honestly that's kinda crappy. I didn't even think to look until I opened it and thought it was weird that it already smelled overly fishy. It was ok because I cooked in white wine, lemon juice and garlic for pasta but without the extra seasoning it was definitely not the best quality considering the charge.

Low grade fish. Not very flavorful and a very solid fish. We didn’t like it and we are into fish for food. I wouldn’t buy this again.

The seafood counter previously offered sea bass. The sea bass is now pre-packaged. The quality is not as good and misleading. What looked like a nice thick piece of fish was actually a very thin long section rolled up to look like a thick piece. Seems the packager is putting 1 decent piece of fish and 1 rolled up tail piece in each package. Unacceptable for $30/pound.
