To be honest i didn't think this piece of fish was going to be as fresh as it was. I turned out great and it was marked down in price i believe 20%. I sous vide the fish with a citrus butter sauce and it turn out amazing!. I went back the following week to get another two packs. Will be purchasing weekly

Great Fillets. Fresh. A little bit expensive but worth every delicious bite

This is by far their best fish offering at Sams Club. It is so rich and flakey. I'd honest get it every week if it wasn't $24/pound here in Orlando.

Sprinkle and marinade with lemon pepper, white wine and lime juice. Sear 3 minutes each side with olive oil. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Yummy!

Very impressed with this fish, it was very delicious. I pan sautéed with butter & olive oil. Made a lime (usually use lemon) sauce with capers, sweet onions, garlic & lemon pepper.

We love love this chilean Seabass, priced well and fresh.. The bad part is we went back two weeks later and they didn’t have any. Sams can you please please keep the Chilean Seabass in stock!!! We will buy it by the pound to freeze, that’s how good it was. 😁

Great fish! Always fresh and delicious. I just wish the Gatlin store carried it so I didn’t have to travel 22 miles to get it! I use Nobu’s Misoyaki Butterfish recipe to prepare this Chilean sea bass, and it turns out absolutely amazing every time. Definitely one of my favorite seafood items!

The seafood counter previously offered sea bass. The sea bass is now pre-packaged. The quality is not as good and misleading. What looked like a nice thick piece of fish was actually a very thin long section rolled up to look like a thick piece. Seems the packager is putting 1 decent piece of fish and 1 rolled up tail piece in each package. Unacceptable for $30/pound.
