To be honest i didn't think this piece of fish was going to be as fresh as it was. I turned out great and it was marked down in price i believe 20%. I sous vide the fish with a citrus butter sauce and it turn out amazing!. I went back the following week to get another two packs. Will be purchasing weekly

Great fish! Always fresh and delicious. I just wish the Gatlin store carried it so I didn't have to travel 22 miles to get it! I use Nobu's Misoyaki Butterfish recipe to prepare this Chilean sea bass, and it turns out absolutely amazing every time. Definitely one of my favorite seafood items!

Good. Added it to our caldo de mariscos. Great addition, fluffy and flakey but sturdy enough to not fall apart. Perfectly sealed packing

Very impressed with this fish, it was very delicious. I pan sautéed with butter & olive oil. Made a lime (usually use lemon) sauce with capers, sweet onions, garlic & lemon pepper.

Love it, so happy to have this product at Sam's Club. We are from NY and ate sea bass often. Chilean Sea Bass is our favorite fish to eat.

Low grade fish. Not very flavorful and a very solid fish. We didn't like it and we are into fish for food. I wouldn't buy this again.
