Im usually a salmon person, This was one of the best tasting fish I have ever had and will be continue to buy this delicious fish!

Sprinkle and marinade with lemon pepper, white wine and lime juice. Sear 3 minutes each side with olive oil. Cover and cook for another 10 minutes on low heat. Yummy!

Great fish! Always fresh and delicious. I just wish the Gatlin store carried it so I didn't have to travel 22 miles to get it! I use Nobu's Misoyaki Butterfish recipe to prepare this Chilean sea bass, and it turns out absolutely amazing every time. Definitely one of my favorite seafood items!

Your Chilean Sea Bass is do delicious and easily baked for 15 minutes at 400.

It was not as good as other Chilean Seabass we've had including frozen Chilean Seabass at Publix. We probably would not buy this again. The price was fine but the product was subpar.

Just ok. I was so excited to see Chilean sea bass at Sam's. Right out of the package it had a strong fishy smell. Didn't turn out great when cooked either. I absolutely love sea bass but this didn't taste as great as it normally does.
