Excellent cut, better quality than most restaurants. We have purchased this fish several times and have never been disappointed.

It spoiled within 1 day. Had my whole house smelling so so bad! I couldn't even hold onto it to return it because the smell was so bad. I had to throw it away. :(

Very impressed with this fish, it was very delicious. I pan sautéed with butter & olive oil. Made a lime (usually use lemon) sauce with capers, sweet onions, garlic & lemon pepper.

So glad to discover you carry it! Grilled up perfectly. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

Great fish! Always fresh and delicious. I just wish the Gatlin store carried it so I didn’t have to travel 22 miles to get it! I use Nobu’s Misoyaki Butterfish recipe to prepare this Chilean sea bass, and it turns out absolutely amazing every time. Definitely one of my favorite seafood items!

The Sea Bass was very good. Flavor was good. Very important to cook it properly. If you over cook at all it is ruined. The only problem I have with it was the packaging. They put 2 totally different size pieces in the packaging. Very hard to cook 2 different size pieces of fish at the same time and get them both done properly.

High price for what you get but it was good
