to be honest the first couple of weeks on this bed I considered returning! IT was just too FIRM.. I took the cover off and put on a regular fitted sheet after the first couple of days. After that it started to soften up a bit.. Now it is Wonderfull to sleep on. I have severe arthritis and scoliosis. so getting the right bed was important to me. I have less pain now than I did with a regular pillow top mattress. This bed is also very affordable...

Bought this mattress-1st day had a crease here it was folded and never disappeared, called Serta the 1st day-they said wait 24 hours, then they said 48, then another call 72 hours--we have waited 8 weeks for them to respond with a solution after picture after picture and 5 emails and phones calls -now they will replace for an additional $85.00 -never buy a Serta memory mattress--got a Casper and was perfect right out of the box!!

i have bought 4 of these mattresses, or at least i tried to. the first one i bought was a king and queen. after hearing amazing reviews i figured i’d give them a chance and after unboxing them and waiting the 48 hours they didn’t blow up all the way and they weren’t comfortable. after being sad about it a month later, a friend told me they got another and it was great. silly me, i decided to give it another shot and i got a full sized since i wouldn’t be sleeping on it regularly. this one actually did inflate but there was a tear on the side of it that i didn’t notice for about a week. i’ve heard so many great things about these mattresses so it was sad to have this happen. lastly, i got one more which was for a family friends birthday present because, against what i said, she wanted to try it out. and no surprise, it didn’t inflate. my fault for believing in the company but i wouldn’t recommend them. luckily, sams club refunded me for the mattresses and we just discarded them ourselves. i wouldn’t recommend these boxed mattresses.

This was a big disappointment because it was way too soft for medium size people. Did not help with back pain like my 17 year old memory foam mattress that I loved. Top foam too thick, felt like I was drowning in bed. Worst was the foam did not recover from body impressions. Had dips that showed badly, so I'm returning it to Sam's. The mattress cover is nice however, if that means anything.

Was skeptical at first but my daughter bought this mattress in a King Size and highly recommended it. The mattress was simple to install, leaving it in the plastic and placing it on my base first before cutting the plastic away. The mattress is firm and extremely comfortable. I am a side sleeper with Fibromyalgia who typically tosses and turns, and though this mattress is recommended for back sleepers, I find it to be perfect for me. It relieves my pressure points and alleviates the need for tossing and turning, thereby providing a more restful sleep. This particular mattress does not provide support on the sides of the mattress for sitting on the side but I found that easy to get used to. Very happy with my purchase.

Sams keeps deleting my reviews! Recieved a used mattress with head stain, butt dip, and flattened side. Was in an unmarked box and clear bag that was shrink wrapped Now have to rebox which is impossible to return via fedex, or gl to sams club store to return a 125# mattress.

This mattress is HARD. The top layer of foam is nice, it gives when you lay down. However, the lower layers of foam do not give as well. If you are a vampire sleeper (one that never moves) you will be fine, as the bed will form to you over time. If you are an active sleeper (one that moves at all, or changes positions frequently) this is not the bed for you.

This is the first review I've ever left but I think it's important and hopefully it will prevent someone else from having problems. I bought this mattress due to back issues. It started out great-for a few weeks. Within the first month it got a very large dip where I sleep that is so bad you can see it when the bed is made. After two months I rotated the mattress and now there is a dip in the new spot. For reference, I weigh 120 pounds. My back is worse than before I got the new mattress. I have only had this mattress for a few months. I have much less expensive memory foam mattresses that I purchased for my children from another company that have held their shape for over 5 years and are clearly higher quality products. This mattress is terrible. I regret ever buying it.

Bed Sleeps good; the boarders of the mattress is too soft.
