this is the 2nd serta memory foam mattress I have purchased in past 6 months. it is a good bed wish a great support. I will recommend this to anyone.

We bought a 12 inch serta sleep to go mattress and it only measures 10 and a half inches we have been told nothing can be done about this.. Garbage product don't buy...!!

Like a few other reviews noted, this mattress is way to firm especially if you lay on your side occasionally. Can feel bed sores starting on my pressure points. This is my third memory foam mattress. Loved the other two. Retuning this one today.

I've been putting off shopping for a mattress for years even though I was way over do just the thought was overwhelming because picking out the right one takes time but I was waking up sore each morning feeling tired was effecting my mood at work that's when I knew I could no long put if off any more.I went to Sam Club after shopping online and reading reviews and decided on Serta sleeptogo I've had it now a littler over a week I sleep so much better and wake up feeling rested no more soreness this is a great mattress I've wrote a review on any product before but reading reviews on this product help me so much in deciding to purchase this product that I wanted to do the same for someone else, the only negative thing about it is my mattress had a crease down the middle from the way it was rolled up in the box that never fully inflated I had to put form pad underneath the mattress to even it out.

I love my mattress. As soon as I felt this mattress in the store I knew my search for the perfect mattress was over. I had to order online and eight days later it was delivered to my porch. It was easy to handle and open. It expanded quickly. Yes I recommend this mattresses. It is the right mix of gel and memory foam. I?d like to think that I?m a smart shopper. I thoroughly investigate the products I purchase by looking at reviews on the website and on YouTube and other sources and hope I?m making a good purchase. I bought the mattress and got it home and it was really easy to assemble. But oh man, this mattress is like sleeping on bricks. Firm is not the word it?s more like extra firm. It was so bad that I had to sleep on the couch as I just couldn?t endure the back and hip pain. I hate to return anything to the store because I try to make things work but this mattress is a no go. No more mattresses in a box for me.

I bought this mattress in a king size around October 2020. In the first few months after purchasing it, the mattress was up to standard and did what it was supposed to do per the description. Now, I wished I had purchased another brand because it is now sinks on both sides of the bed where we lay. I didn’t expect for this to happen so soon. I will have to purchase another mattress soon.

Saw this mattress in a consumer reports article on mattresses. This mattress was rated 6th overall out of about 50, the mattresses rated above all cost between $1000-3000. So I thought I would try this one because Sams had it on sale. The 1st week it was a little hard to get used to because I had been sleeping on box springs all my life but after that I slept like a baby which isn’t that easy for a 60 year old big guy. I used to wake up with sore hips on my old bed and I could only sleep about 7 hours because I would get so uncomfortable. But that is in the past with Serta, thank you Serta for making a bed where dreams are made! I have been able to sleep and lounge around in bed for up-to 12 hours. The only downside is I think I’m getting lazy.

UNFORTUNATELY, this matteress is way to firm. I have had it for a couple of months now and my shoulders and hands hurt all the time since i got it. my hands go numb and the only thing i can narrow it down to, is the matteress is too firm. i want to return it, but sams club manager said no because its not wrapped anymore. how am i going to use a bed in a box if i cant unwrap it. i would like to hear from Serta on this to see what i can do. it was really expensive to buy this thing.

Our new mattress arrived yesterday. It was easier than we expected to set up. We slept on it just five hours after removing it from the packing materials and placing it on the bed. No odor that we noticed, and very comfortable. I would describe it as firm with a soft surface. We are very pleased.
